Beautiful, Clean, Home away from Home!!!
From the first to the last time I contacted the owners, they were nothing but kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend working with them.
The home was clean, updated, and felt like I was staying in a home rather than a rental. Well stocked kitchen with amazing updated large appliances, small appliances, nice pans, and even the small supplies for the home were there. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, and nicely decorated. I love that the home has 2 master bedrooms & bathrooms (both with King beds) which worked out great for taking 2 families. There are 2 other rooms with bunk beds and a trundle bed, and the loft has 2 queen beds and a futon (it's on the 3rd floor so it has it's own private area with a door that closes. The home also has another full bath and a half bath, there is PLENTY of room in this home.
We came in January and the weather was pretty cold so we spent lots of time in the hot tub. It was well maintained and in great condition. The screened in porch was great for hanging out in and the yard was big enough to have the kids run around in. We were unable to use the pool this trip, but can only imagine how nice it would be in the summer.
The home is not on the beach, but a VERY short drive ( 2 minutes) to get there a was not a problem for us. It was close to shopping, easy drive to the Wrights Brother Memorial, and Jockey's Ridge.
You can tell the owner take pride in their home and it shows. We would highly recommend this home.
