You'll be right at home relaxing in our beach condo. This condo has two bedrooms, two baths, living room (with queen sofa sleeper)and dining area, kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. It is approximately 1250 square feet on the 9th floor of the 15-story Tristan Towers located at Pensacola Beach, Florida. This 9th floor prime location unit is perfectly situated on the northeast corner of the building with a wrap around balcony providing panoramic unblocked views of the main beach area, the Gulf, and the Sound. It's a beautiful view! Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open from the living room and both bedrooms onto a spacious balcony with plenty of privacy and great views of the island, the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Santa Rosa Sound is a large body of water (3 miles across) between the beach and the mainland on which Tristan Towers and this unit is located. The Sound is a great place for kids to play in calm water.

Unique Beach Activities: Boating, water skiing, swimming, personal watercraft for rent, fishing, scuba diving, and other water activities; beach concerts, free trolley to main shopping area, near restaurants, convenience store, and historic Ft. Pickens.

Unique Vacation Spot: You're just 500 steps from the front door of Tristan Towers to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You are 50 steps from the Olympic Pool or your own private beach on Santa Rosa Sound. Minimum age to rent is 25 years. This is a NO SMOKING unit. Condominium regulations prohibit pets, skates, skateboards, and motorized scooters on the property. Maximum unit occupancy is 6. Tristan Fitness Room available for adults.

I am a member of the Escambia County School Board and the president elect of the Florida School Board Association. My husband is an attorney and professor at Pensacola State College. This is our personal beach condo which we make available for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Pensacola Beach is the perfect vacation spot filled with activities for children and adults or filled with time to relax and do nothing! The white sandy beaches are without equal, and you're within an hour East (Destin) or West (Foley and Eastern Shores, Alabama) of great shopping and discount malls. Great restaurants. Naval Air Museum, and the new Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville is one mile away. 50 steps to your private beach on Santa Rosa Sound or 500 steps to the Gulf of Mexico from your front door. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and watering hole and Tom Thumb convenience store 1/2 mile. Explore Ft. Pickens, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, where Geronimo was held prisoner. The entrance is less than a mile from the condo, although the park is very large. Watch the sunset from the balcony or enjoy the 42 inch TV with cable from your comfortable living room.

Notes: The U.S.S. Oriskany is located in the Gulf of Mexico off Pensacola and is available for scuba diving. Trip providers available as well as deep sea fishing boat charters. Free beach trolley stops in front of Tristan in the summer. Free concerts at beach Boardwalk in summer as well as downtown Pensacola on Thursday nights in the summer. The Naval Aviation Museum on the Pensacola Naval Air Station is well worth a visit.

Great vacation rental

A great experience staying at the Towers! The unit was tastefully furnished in a comfortable, livable style, with very good beds (no aching backs ) and good quality linens. Very clean and well maintained. Owners obviously take pride in their unit and in providing a relaxing, pleasant experience to their guests. The extra beach items in the balcony closet were a nice surprise. My family loved the view, especially at sunrise and sunset, the convenience to the beach, and being only minutes to local attractions. Peg Leg Petes restaurant has a very good sampler platter of oysters and of local seafood. The fishing off the Towers' pier was fun ( mackeral were running ) and anyone can catch pinfish nonstop. (if you fish be sure to feed the resident heron a snack or two.) We would certainly stay here again and will recommend to friends!

Excellent View! Clean and Comfortable!

I have looked at various condos in the Pensacola Beach area and this one is very clean, safe, and quiet. The Hightowers were extremely prompt, honest, and professional during the entire process. We have a 14 year old boy and 4 year old girl and it was perfect for both ages. The view was awesome to wake up to every morning. The entire complex was much more quiet than I expected and it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms area spacious and beds are very comfortable. The condo has its own washer and dryer making it very convenient. I was hesitant to be in a high rise type condo but the elevators are very fast and not crowded. This does not sound like a big deal but try being in a busy building with slow elevators. I have stayed at two other places in Pensacola Beach and this one is the best by far. A great place to stay! You will not be disappointed!

We spent a month here and found the condo to be clean and comfortable. The view is great and the condo was well equipped with about anything you could need. Would recommend this unit.The welcoming drinks are a nice touch and appreciated.

Absolutely amazing! The Hightowers were wonderful people to rent from. Even though we never met them face to face, in all of our communication they were most gracious hosts!!! Beautiful view from the 9th floor balcony! The building is right across the street from easy beach access. Less than 2 miles from the restaurants and boardwalk of the city of Pensacola Beach. Would definitely choose this location again. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious

Great place to stay! Originally we were going to stay from Thursday-Monday. My family and I decided to go down a day in advance. Never expecting the condo to be ready, we called two hours before we arrived in Pensacola to see if by chance we could stay an extra day. The owner said absolutely and immedietly called the maid service to come clean the condo. The condo was very clean with a great location! Without a doubt enjoyed staying at this place. Would recommend staying here to anyone. The only con is having to remember all the different codes to access the front gate, the front door, the actual room, and the gym. Otherwise, awesome place!
