Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Spectacular, newly renovated condo on the boardwalk. Meticulously furnished to meet your every dream. This unit was completely redone from the floor up and is constantly refreshed and updated. New appliances, paint, furniture, flooring, wall and window treatments, counters, etc. Every item in this unit is new including the entire contents of the kitchen. Located directly on the boardwalk gives you the opportunity to enjoy a morning bike ride or evening stroll while saving the sand and sea for fun during the day. The evening views from the large balcony of this top floor condo are magical. If you should have a day of less than perfect weather, enjoy the large indoor pool. You can park your car in the secure garage and enjoy your vacation, walking to all the attractions.

Living room is equipped with a 50' Plasma HD TV, DVD, with Full Impact Surround Sound. Condo is unique as it boasts a password protected, blazing fast Wi-Fi connection with wireless option. For those who wish to fit in a little work, the computer desks face the view so you can work if you must but still be in paradise.

Each bedroom has its own HD TV with DVD, as well as its own adjoining bath. The heated indoor pool and fitness center are located on the same top floor as your condo. The outdoor pool overlooking the ocean is on the 6th floor. You will enjoy views of the beach, boardwalk and sunsets over the Bay from your huge balcony. There is secure entry into both the covered garage (2 assigned parking spaces plus guest spaces) and the building itself. Outdoor locked showers at ground level allow you to rinse the sand without waiting. Linen service can be arranged.

This condo is perfect for couples or families. The master bedroom, with a pillow-top mattress on the new king size bed, also has a second computer desk/vanity. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double sink vanity. Second bedroom has new pillow-top mattress and king size bed, the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk set (Twin over full) with a trundle bed below. Each have their own bathrooms. Utilizing the queen size sleep sofa in the living room, this unit comfortable sleeps 10.

This condo was designed to meet the most exacting standards. We enjoyed creating it and are happy to share it with you and our family.

About The Owner

We spent many years as children vacationing in Ocean City. Now we can enjoy the beach with our grown children and grandchildren. Creating and sharing our beach memories. A lot of planning was devoted to creating the perfect 'escape' from a very busy world.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose South Beach Ocean City

Our memories are of building castles in the sand, riding the waves, crabbing, flying kites and riding bikes on the boardwalk. This condo allows us to do all these activities without ever driving. Finding a location on the boardwalk, yet high above it, was the perfect compromise.

What makes this condo unique

Our view looks south down the boardwalk from the balcony and the wide windows of the condo. At night, we see the skyline light up with the Ferris Wheel and other rides. During the day we view the ocean, sand, the boardwalk and the kites and surfers. Being on the 7th floor (the top floor) we are above it all, yet able to enjoy the best views. The indoor and outdoor pool as well as the fitness center and secure parking garage and building, make our stays in the condo fun, yet relaxing.

This is our third consecutive year staying in this condo. I doubt you would be able to find a better place in Ocean City to spend your vacation. Amenities are outstanding. The condo is very secure with private parking. It is located on the boardwalk just steps from the beach. There is a private indoor and outdoor pool for use if you get tired of the beach. The balcony has views of the beach, bay and boardwalk. There is convenient access to outlet shopping, restaurants, grocery store and a super Walmart just a 5 minute drive up route 50. Many places are within walking distance. The condo will comfortably accommodate 10 people. The kitchen is spacious and has everything necessary for dining in during your stay. There are flat screen TVs in every room which is great for kids and adults. The proximity to the beach and the boardwalk is a big advantage. We walk the boardwalk or rent bikes to ride in the morning almost everyday. We're already looking forward to returning again next year.

Beautiful home away from home at the beach. Accomodations were great from the great views to the tile floor. Lots of space for our 3 generations.The condo was well taken care of--the color scheme was great. Nice to have indoor and outdoor pools, and a great spot on the boardwalk. Hope we can return!! The best place we've ever stayed at in OCMD!!

Wow...what a nice place!

We stayed here because we wanted a place that was close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and had a balcony with water views. The photos does not do this place justice...it is very nice and well decorated (not the usual cheap beach theme). I would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation, reunion or just a nice place to get away with your spouse or significant other!
