GORGEOUS 3000 SQUARE FOOT 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH SOHO LOFT!

The partitioned 3rd bedroom said twin beds but there was no way we could get them apart as one slid out from under the other, so for 2 adults (not partners) to sleep side by side was a little uncomfortable, and they really were only sized for children not adults. The linen was a bit old as well for these beds. The area was very bright for sleeping as no pull down blinds which I noted other buildings had. The other bedrooms were private and clean and tidy, but the main bathroom had to cope with 5 people as only one shower and it wasn't to standard. I had to clean inside the shower screen, that was old and awkward. The toilet kept running which we fixed intermittantly during the night.
There were old potplants of dirt left in the corner near the kitchen, and the interior of the sink cupboards could have been cleaner. Not impressed with that, so surprised to hear that cleaners come in after us to clean, they surely should be doing their job better. The flooring is beautiful but so creaky that you can't move around whilst others are sleeping in the partitioned area.
The place was roomy, self contained sufficiently to feel comfortable and much better than staying in a small hotel room. The area was great and close to lots of dining and shopping. The owner was always in contact with me prior to our arrival and very helpful in supplying lots of information about the area and where to go and how to find the apartment. Very grateful for this.
The noisy but that is going to be like that wherever you stay as its New York but probably quieter than closer to Times Square. Loved the fact that all the best shopping was in Soho. The subway is very accessable and there is plenty of grocery shops and delis around to purchase supplies . Felt very safe and secure staying there.
I recommend this property to a family with perhaps smaller children or a group of 2 couples.
