Maybe it’s the historic town squares where good friends and neighbors gather for a great time dancing to the rhythm of nightly entertainment, dining in a choice restaurant, or enjoying the latest movie at the theater. This 'little slice of paradise that is family friendly with golf galore' is the vacation you are looking for. Located about 50 miles outside of Orlando and just under an hour drive to the beach. You will find more than enough to do in our town; however, this location is a short distance to all the major Orlando and Disney attractions. More pools and activities that you can possibly imagine. Located off Buena Vista in the Calumet Grove Village. Come and visit to see why this is Florida's Friendliest Hometown and possibly your new vacation getaway!

Renters may purchase a termporary resident ID card for $50/couple to enjoy the same amenities as Village Owners. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you the guest which includes NO green fees on any of the The Villages 30 exectutive courses and a special discount on any of the championship golf courses.

Or, renters may obtain a GUEST PASS upon arrival. This will give you entry into all recreational centers and pools and is FREE of charge.

Quiet area, Comfortable Home Away from Home

We were very happy with our patio villa which was quite spacious. It was comfortable, well equipped with almost everything needed. We appreciated the Mulberry Grove Recreation Centre with its many activities, the two 9 hole golf courses that were so close and a lovely and friendly neighbourhood pool. A shopping area was also very close and easily accessible along with most services one might wish. The beds were comfortable which is very important and the kitchen very functional (we eat in most of the time). The lanai and patio with the barbecue are comfortable, the neighbours friendly and outgoing.
We overcame the lack of a telephone (landline) by using our computer with a plug in handset(10.00 at Staples) and the services of SKYPE that allowed us to make national and international calls for a few pennies.
We are looking forward to a return trip as the Villages provide active, social, learning, and interest based opportunities that kept us interested and busy as wll as continually meeting new people-very nice atmosphere.

What a beautiful place. This Villa has everything that you need at your fingertips. Spacious bedrooms, Flat screen TV's, washer and dryer, and lots of extra amenities.

The decor was amazing and the location was prime. Local Supermarket, shopping centers and restaurants. The owner (Sara) was great to work with and was very attentive to all my questions. I truly recommend this Villa to anyone who is looking for a nice, comfortable and affordable place to enjoy a peaceful and memorable vacation in Florida.

The Villages is a town in itself lots of things to do and if Golfing is your game you will not be disappointed, numerous Golf Courses and your personnel Golf cart is a Bonus!

I stayed 1 week with my family during my church conference. Very nice neighborhood, very clean property and easy access to alot of ventures. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home for rent

This home is a renter's dream come true. It is tastefully done and very very clean. The neighbors across the street are also an added bonus. They are very friendly and helpful. The renter was very accessible to us and helped us get our forgotten items back in a timely fashion. This all made for a relaxing and extremely enjoyable vacationb!

Our January, 2011 stay at ISO Needed This Getaway!

Oh my gosh, I can't say enough GOOD about this property. It's beautiful, feels just like "home". Very well maintained, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home to family, friends and acquaintances. We had a wonderful stay, loved going over to the Recreation Centers to play bocci and shuffleboard. Too many great places to eat to list but Nancy Lopez Country Club for dinner was awesome, Cody's was one of our favorite lunch spots. Also don't miss having some Italian food at Red Sauce. Shopping at the Squares was incredible -- All in all ... on a 1-10 rating for this property at The Villages would have to be rated a 10+++++!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+
