Enjoy Panama City Beach in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious gulf peek-a-view condo just steps to the beach. It has all of the comforts of home: full kitchen including a dishwasher and side by side refrigerator, cable TV w/HBO in the bedrooms & living room, washer/dryer, and a private balcony where you can relax with a peek of the gulf. It easily sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds, a double bed and a sofa sleeper. The condo has been remodeled to enclose the loft bedroom upstairs for privacy. The complex is on the quieter West end of the beach, away from the congested traffic. It is only 2 miles from the new Pier Park, which offers many restaurants, shops & movies, etc. Southwind is a family oriented complex, perfect for your family vacation. There is a pool, tennis court and shuffleboard.

The perfect family beach vacation: If you've ever rented a high rise and had to wait 30 minutes on an elevator, you'll really appreciate this smaller, 2 story, family oriented complex. The beach is just a few steps away and easy to access. From the front balcony you can see the entire complex and what's going on making it a perfect location for groups to vacation together.

Pier Park and all of it's activities (shopping, restaurants, concerts, movies, entertainment...) is just 2 miles away. Gulf World Marine Park is just a few miles away. Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Wonder Works are all a short drive. There is also deep sea fishing charters, boat or jet ski rentals, island & dolphin tours and tons of other things to do nearby. Sandestin Outlet Center is within 30 miles to the west.

Upon arrival , this condo was in bad shape. Dirty and not well maintained. Poor customer service as well. There are much nicer places to stay in Panaman City Beach. This one is dirty, dirty, dirty. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Owner's Response: Multiple attempts were made to take care of issues these guests had, to no avail. Nothing offered to them would do other than letting them stay free or "buying new furniture & appliances" for their stay even though it is exactly as pictured. No, it's not brand new or fancy, but this is a great place across the street from the beach with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and sleeps 8 people and priced below what most basic hotel rooms in the area cost.
