Enjoy autumn and winter in New England at this warm, relaxing, clean home. Many fall activities to choose from, including, hiking, golfing, biking, fishing, festivals, and apple picking. In the winter you can ski Mount Sunapee with top-ranked snow. The home is three levels: 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, living room, washer/dryer, dining room, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Great deck space overlooking Chalk Pond. Walk to a private assoc. beach, tennis, basketball, and play area. In the summer there is a 12's12' raft that the whole family can lay out on, a kayak, a canoe, and a paddle boat. 10 Minutes to public beach on Lake Sunapee and close to many restaurants. Great for a vacation in the Lake Sunapee region in any season. No pets. No smoking.

Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, and other outdoor activities as well as unique shops, summer concerts, local theater, excellent restaurants, a day at the spa and much more in this quite, quaint part of the Lake Sunapee region. Walk out the door and you are steps away from Chalk Pond with its private beach and playground. Less than 8 miles away is Kidder Tract -- an easy walking trail with views of Lake Sunapee. 2 Miles from the home is the John Hay National Wildlife Refuge and the Fells. About 8 miles way is Mt. Sunapee State Park, home of the Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort and a state park with a beach on Lake Sunapee, fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking.
