The second bedroom with its own full bath has 2 twin beds that can be adjoined to realize a King Bed. Both second level bedrooms have their own adjoining porch decks for private outdoor space. The laundry center is conveniently housed on the second level behind bi-fold doors. The third level is reminiscent of turn of the century conch houses with its cozy yet expansive loft, where your guests can enjoy plenty of privacy and a spectacular view of the Casa Marina neighborhood. Great neighborhood walking distance to everything

Loved the house, the pool, the kitchen, the neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Try El Siboney nearby. The house was great so glad we had a house with washer and dryer rather than hotel. You can walk to Duval, we walked the length of it and back several times. We rented Electric cars for two days and that was great as well. If you want a bright sunny pool, go to Dante's, a restaurant bar with a big pool, we did that one day. Nice to have the house pool and we used it a lot.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect for a relaxing week

This home is just perfect! The photos and description are spot on. It is a great house to relax in and the perfect location in the quieter end of KW. The living room with open doors to the pool area is such a nice lounging or reading area inside or out. And the gourmet kitchen fit our every need. Our favorite dining spots are Louie's backyard and Ambrosia so after a cocktail in the back yard by the pool we would walk two blocks for a brilliant sunset at Louie's and then have Sushi right around the corner. Or we would get grouper caught that day at Eatons fish market and grill on the new gas grill in the back yard. Daytime you are a few blocks from Higgs beach or a stroll to shopping on some of the side streets of KW which have the better shopping. Be sure to look for the brochure called Sides if you are looking for the good shopping, galleries and restaurants off of the crazy duval street.

We were welcomed to a roomy, clean, nicely decorated home with a great kitchen suitable for preparing any meal. Being in the restaurant business, I know a great kitchen! All bedrooms were comfortable and each one had their own bathroom attached for privacy. The balconies off two bedrooms gave great views of activities of locals as they walked dogs or rode bikes and provided a great spot for morning coffee. The backyard, a tropical oasis, is always visable through large glass doors providing a private area to swim, cook-out, or enjoy a book. The house lives larger than the 1900 sq. ft. as advertised. It's from the glass doors and the two the balconies--a very nice touch. The property is located in a safe, and quiet neighborhood. Having stayed many times in Key West, this can be a problem with some properties. Marcia and Dave are great to work with and live close by in case any issue arises. We have already booked for next year and look forward to many more years in this property. You will not be dissapointed in this home. Lynn and Nancy

Wonderful Stay in Key West

We definitely selected an amazing place for our first trip to Key West. Being overwhelmed with the amount of rentails available, this property met all expectations.

The location was wonderful, private pool, wonderful scenery, and the house was completely furnished with towels and linens. The appliances all worked as well as the air conditioning, which helped cool down after spending hours in the heat and humidity. The second floor balconies added a great touch for sitting outside with a cocktail enjoying the views and palm trees.

Furthermore, the owners provided a binder of very helpful information for things to do, places to eat, and a map with common visitor locations. I am already trying to plan my next trip to Key West which will include staying at this property again.

Everything you dream of and more !!!!!!

What a spectacular place!!! Not only are the owners great people this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at in the Keys and we go every year. It had all the conveniences you would ever need and the location was fantastic. My husband and I would get up early in the morning and walk to the Cuban Café for a yummy café con leche. Every evening we enjoyed meals and cocktails poolside while we enjoyed a swim. I highly recommend this property. We had our family join us and the separate floors were very accommodating. It was a great and VERY memorable experience. I can honestly say I have never slept better… not even in my own home.

The owners thought of all of the right touches - a well equipped kitchen, the sheets on the beds were pure luxury, surround sound to play our favorite “Jack Johnson” tunes, top notch Viking appliances, a welcoming clean smell every time you walked in from outside, beach chairs and towels, but mostly I personally enjoyed the claw foot tub and bubbler.

Make sure you don’t leave without completing the 1000 piece puzzle of Key West…our family had a fun time with this. We truly enjoyed every minute of our family vacation together and I can honestly say that our vacation would not have been possible without stumbling across this place and meeting the owners, Marcia and Dave. We're looking forward to making a return trip in the near future.
