Spend your holiday relaxing in our beautiful, privately owned villa in the prestigious gated Lake Berkley community. From the moment you enter the home you'll experience the tastefully appointed surroundings highlighted by warm colors, rich wood and luxurious granite. Inside our villa every effort has been made to make our guests feel comfortable. The formal living room provides a quiet, relaxing space to prepare for the day or unwind. This ajoins the formal dining room where a large dining table can accommodate the most formal or casual of dinners.
For further entertainment enjoy the games room with a pool table, foosball, darts, a children's activity area and plenty of additional outdoor toys like tennis rackets and fishing rods.
The kitchen is equipped with beautiful flecked granite counters, a deep double sink, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave with plenty of work space to prepare your meals. From the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where multiple reclining leather sofas and a large leather armchair provide a relaxing location to watch sports, children's shows or anything else you desire on the large screen tv outfitted with cable and DVD player.
When it is time to sleep you'll find each of the 4 bedrooms provides a large, comfortable space, most with new pillowtop mattresses. The master and second master have televisions should you wish to continue watching tv in bed. Each bedroom has a large closet stocked with hangers for our guests and we even loan Disney Princess outfits to our little visiting royalty and Pirate outfits to the scurvy dogs and scalliwags.
The bathrooms contain the necessities, such as hairdryers, curling irons and flat irons for the comfort of our guests and you'll find our brand new high efficiency washer and dryer to be extremely quiet, easy to use and quick at getting your laundry done, allowing you to get back to your vacation!
Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, with environmentally conscious solar heat*, available additional heat and a hot tub for your enjoyment. You have an outdoor table and chairs along with pool loungers on which to relax. The pool and hot tub are covered by a screened lanai and you have the choice to stay in the shaded overhang, or venture out into the pool area where the sun can be found all day long (when not cloudy of course)! The pool area overlooks the lake and you may choose to take a nice walk around the lake and feed the ducks.
A second lake can be found a short walk from the home where you can enjoy the dock, outdoor volleyball, a beach and fishing. Golf, horseback riding, cinemas and shopping are just moments away. Rental of this home also includes usage of the community Club House, fitness room, games arcade, outdoor bar and community pool.
