We were very disappointed with the unit and facility itself. It was not as it appeared on the web site. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance. We were so disappointed that we decided not to stay at Desert Gardens. I do have to say that the staff was kind and tried to help, but we could not stay there.

Also we found disappointing was the amount of paper work involved to sign for only a 8 day stay. We chose not to stay there

We strive for excellence in service every day. As part of our goal for great customer service we offer suite rentals from 2 properties on site. Each offers different benefits based on the needs of the guest. For those bargain shoppers we have studio & 1 bedrooms in our more established but well maintained community, Desert Gardens. This property was built in ’85 so normal wear may exist. These units are comparable to most hotels/inns, offer modern amenities & are a great value at less than $33/night! For the array of offerings within the community, we feel this is an unbeatable deal. A great value for a bargain shoppers. For guests that desire a touch of luxury in a newly built property we recommend our Desert Gardens II suites. These floor plans are spacious 2 bedrooms (up to 1017 sqft) which include a washer/dryer, complete kitchen & dining area plus upgrade options like wood flooring & Flat screen HDTVs. Neither property can provide the luxuries of a resort & we understand when we are not the right fit for everyone. Thank you for visiting Desert Gardens.

We found the apartment to be excellent. Clean, nicely furnished and in the ideal location for our needs. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The outside of the grounds was very well kept and clean. We will definately make this our place to stay when we visit our family again. The only thing I could say that was a little disapointing was the TV was to small, hard to warch such a small picture.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities
