Furnished to a very high standard this luxurious 1400 sq ft one bedroom with convertible den is perfect as a 5 Star hotel alternative for a single executive or couple. The den is furnished with a queen size sofa bed equipped with a very comfortable 5 inch memory foam mattress. It may be used as a second bedroom and is available at an additional nightly charge. It is perfect for personal assistant, butler or maid. Well behaved & supervised children over 8 and certain pets may be considered on request. Parking garage and 24 hour doorman. Unit is available for minimum 3 night stays at a rate to be determined based on individual requirements.

$35 Daily Facility Fee (includes one parking spot on Lower Level 2 of the building secured garage, local & long distance calls in the USA & CANADA, wireless internet, pool,sauna,gym and tennis) and taxes (15%.) for stays less than 31 days.
*A Premium Parking pass is required for larger vehicles like SUV's or Minivans and for any vehicle during peak holiday periods at an additional charge of $25 per day. A premium parking pass is mandatory for all guests having day guests visit during their stay. These guests will be issued a separate pass allowing them to park in the lower level of the parking garage. The premium pass entitles the primary renter to park anywhere in the parking garage (except handicapped zones and 15 minute parking).
Final cleaning fees are charged to guests credit card. Laundry fees are deducted from security deposit. We welcome last minute inquiries however please understand: Bookings Made Less Than 30 Days in Advance are on a First Come/First Served Basis and are Not Guaranteed Until Funds are Received and Confirmation Has Been Sent. Current government issued photo ID and major credit card are required prior to check-in.
