YOUR NATION’S CAPITAL HOME- MONUMENT VIEW (ALL INCLUSIVE RATE!!)

This was the perfect base camp for visiting all of our favorite sights in D.C. This unit is within walking distance to many attractions. It is also within two blocks of a market, a metro station and a few restaurants. The unit was very clean and roomy enough for two adults and one child. There are beautiful views from the windows and we felt very safe in the area. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful studio apartment in mid May of 2012. The apartment was in a wonderful location about 1 block from a metro station. There is a grocery store, a drug store, a starbucks and a few restaurants within 1-2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment building was spotless and secure. The apartment was well equipped by the owner including a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I stayed at this location for six days in September while we toured Washington, D.C. -- and I am glad I did this instead of a hotel.

First, the owner was a joy to work with. Everything in the photos is accurate, but they really don't show what a gorgeous view we had from eight stories above Washington. We could see both the Pentagon and the Washington Monument from the apartment.

This place is close to the Metro Train Station, which was very convenient. There's a Subway sandwich shop down the street and a Safeway and CVS pharmacy close by. We also walked to the Indian Museum for lunch. In fact, we walked all over D.C. and took the train (no car), so if you do that, bring good walking shoes. The apartment is a perfect location to access the train and within walking distance of the Air/Space Museum as well.

The studio apartment is clean and nicely furnished. We were glad for the air conditioning after walking in the heat and humidity of D.C. (We're not used to humidity in Wash. State where we live.) The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of closet space for our clothes. Bathroom has a nice shower/bath. She has a nice large flat screen hi-def cable TV, but we didn't watch much TV because we were touring. It was also nice to have wi-fi for computer and internet access. Perfect place for a couple on tour like us.

This is the first time I've used this web site for lodging... and I was worried that after traveling for 10 hours we might get to D.C. and have no place to stay. But my worries were unfounded. We had no problem getting access to the place. It was beautiful when we walked in -- and everything worked out perfectly. We also received our deposit back within a week after we left.

So I would highly recommend this studio apartment for any couple who is seeking a great place to stay in D.C. I hope someday to return and this place will be first on my list of choices if it is still available.
