3 BR 3.5 BA - 2 masters w/en suite baths with ample living space. Sleeps 11

Beautiful new (June 2010) ski house with open concept living space designed to host a large group. Located in Chimney HIll resort, with nearby amenties(ice rink, hot tub, sauna, pools, tennis). House is just 7 miles from MT. Snow via Handle Rd.

Our house is bright and roomy and features many large windows. Our photos tell the story, although many guests tell us that the 'real' house is even better than the pictures!

We set up the house for guests. We have clean dressers, large closets, even luggage stands.

We have ample parking on a level driveway. Our street is relatively flat and connects to the paved road(Chimney Hill Rd). Easy access to the slopes!

Heated mud room with storage for 10 pairs of boots.

As we are located in Wilmington, historic buildings, fine dining and a quaint town center are a few minutes away.

We have many local antique shops in Wilmington and nearby towns.

Ceiling Fans: We now have 3 ceiling fans...one in each bedroom. A good way to circulate the cool Vermont evening air. The two on the second floor are reversible and can be used to warm the rooms in winter,

Basement: We are excited to announce our new(November 2011) 257 sq ft. finished basement with 3 bright windows and a high ceiling. It has a comfortable sleeper sofa and loveseat, tournament spec fusbol table, HD flatscreen TV, cable, old school Sega Saturn video console with library and a few other games appropriate for older children and adults!

Basement also features a large laundry room with washer and dryer and a mud area.

Kitchen: We love to cook so our kitchen features high quality cookware of various sizes, knives and utensils. We have enough bowls, plates, cups, glasses and flatware to serve the group a meal while the full dishwasher is operating.

We also stock an ample supply of wine glasses and tumblers.

Great house for a Mt Snow trip!

I rented this house in Jan. 2012 for a weekend snowboarding trip at Mount Snow. The house is new and clean and was more than enough space for our group of 9 adults. The fireplace kept us very warm and we loved the large dining table that allowed us all to gather for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and everyone had a great time! Mt. Snow is only a short drive away, would definitely rent this property again. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Great winter ski/snowboard getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. It easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and three little ones. The home is very clean and very well located - we were just a short drive to Mt. Snow. The basement ended up being a great place to spend the evenings playing games and we even brought a karaoke machine to hook up to the basement television. The kitchen and large dining room table were wonderful, as well, allowing us to enjoy a nice "family-style" dinner.
We would definitely book this place again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We rented this house in late October 2011 for a fall getaway with friends and we were very pleased. The house is basically brand new, so very clean. It is tucked away in the woods is a quiet area yet not far from downtown. The fire place kept us warm on those chilly nights. Nice area to go for a quiet walk. Although the down town area was affected by the hurricane, some business and restaurants are opened again or you can head up to West Dover. We ate at the Anchor Restaurant and highly recommend it. This is a family owned/operated establishment where you will feel welcomed and have a great meal. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Perfect End of Season Getaway

We rented this property for a little end of season ski trip to nearby Mount Snow. The house is practically brand new with comfortable and private bedrooms, and I can't wait to see what they have in store for the basement. We had all the amenities we needed, including the use of the clubhouse which was prefect for a post skiing dip in the heated pool and hot tub. The clubhouse also had a ton of other activities, and had we been there with children they would have had a blast. The owner Peter was extremely helpful and attentive when answering questions. He even gave us a great recommend for dinner at Smokin' J's BBQ, which was perfect for a big family style take out meal. I will definitely be back next ski season. Thanks again Peter!
