I have vacationed in the Maggie Valley for many years. We enjoy staying there so much that my wife and I decided to purchase our own home this past year.
Shelda Muirhead purchased this cabin in 2010
This log cabin is in a beautiful mountain setting with a stellar view! It's beautiful inside and out, with nature all around, yet only a few miles from town and surrounding attractions.
The View, The View! Oh, and it's a lovely log home with all wood interiors for that great cabin feel, yet all the amenities of a nice hotel suite.
We visited your beautiful cabin on our family vacation and had a blast!
The cabin was beautiful and the view was spectacu lar. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It was very comfortable and everything needed was supplied.
We went tubing at Cherokee rapids and had the time of our lives.
We drove through the Smoky Mountain National Park to visit Cades Cove.
There we found lots of wildlife. We saw several deer and seven bears. We spent one day at the NC Nature center and stopped in at the Fun Depot in Asheville.
There was shopping, dining, horseback riding, and lots of laughter. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We enjoyed every minute. We would recommend it to anyone.
Visitors can relax and soak up the gorgeous mountain view, or get out and hike, fish, whitewater raft, horseback ride, or tour the Smoky Mountains National Park. The drive up to the cabin alone, is very beautiful, and a nice place to walk and enjoy nature! The quaint little towns of Waynesville and Maggie Valley offer great shopping and restaurants just a few miles away for all your other needs.
