This second floor, oceanfront corner condo overlooking our tranquil beachside pool is decorated exquisitely in tropical decor, enjoys year-round warm temperatures, delightful island breezes & excellent oceanfront views of Bolongo Bay's tropical beauty & morning sunrises over the Caribbean sea. Condominium is located where you want to be! Central location on the south sunny shore of St. Thomas, between Charlotte Amalie & Red Hook. Charlotte Amalie, known as the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean, is a short 10 minutes drive west, and Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east, where guests can take a person or car ferry to enjoy beautiful St. John within short 20 minutes ferry ride. We reside year-round here in St. Thomas to take extra care of our properties and guests. We LOVE this location and have several condos here - we've traveled to Hawaii, Bahamas, Aruba and more, and this location of Bolongo Beach, St. Thomas and all that it has to offer is the BEST!!!!! Truly a gem with the beach, pools and such nice oceanfront restaurants (a difficult find all in one place!). Tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle, yet lots to do and excellent dining right onsite - you can make a full vacation that's ideal for everyone right here! Great for couples, families, or weddings.

What makes this condo unique

Much to do onsite and centrally convenient to everything! 3 Dining restaurants onsite; 3 pools; free secure Wi-fi for our personal guests - we try to think of everything and are closeby to help if needed. You can rent a car (parking pass provided for 1 car) or you can call upon taxis at this location. Quaint, not a cruise ship beach, and very relaxing.

Hi there,

We are here in St Thomas enjoying some truly needed rest and family time and great weather before kids head back to school. Being a bit nerve wracking renting via internet and trusting whomever may be on the other end of things, we are especially grateful this experience has been wonderful! From the start, communication with the owners, Leah and Capt. Scott, has been prompt and clear and very helpful. They are here and while we didn't need them, we were able to meet them and also enjoyed boating with Capt Scott to the Turtles (one of our best days by far).



When we arrived and opened the door to Watergate Villa 17-26 (Three Breezes), we all sighed and smiled. The place is immaculate and well appointed. We so appreciate the details like towels, starter toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, books, games, music, and beach gear, even a cooler and chairs to take everywhere we want to go.



We spent the week relaxing and exploring many beautiful beaches on St Thomas and St John. Lots of snorkeling and pool time also. We loved the short walk on the beach to Iggies for music, games and drinks at night. Can't believe all of this is right on the beach. A hard find and so pleased, we found this.



The view, location and amenities have made our trip here truly memorable.

We’ll definitely be back – just can’t be soon enough for us – we don’t want to leave!

Just As Pictured!

The Condo owners have thought of everything...snorkel gear, chairs, games, books and a beautiful view of Bolongo Bay! The unit is clean and comfortable and has all the appliances you will need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool and loved sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves.

We hope to return next year!

A wonderful Holiday in St. Thomas

We could not have had a better vacation. The 3 bedroom condo was even better than we were expecting. Scott and Leah were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions promptly before we even stepped foot in St. Thomas. The location of the condo was great. Steps away from the pool and the beach. Absolutely gorgeous. Capt. Scott took us out on his boat. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area and took us to great snorkeling spots. We had a blast. We will absolutely recommend this condo. We even forgot a sweatshirt when we left and they mailed it back to us. Thank you Scott and Leah. Our only wish was that the water sports desk on Bologna Beach had a week long package to be able to rent the equipment instead of paying the full price everyday.

Looking forward to hosting many happy returns at our 3BR or 2BR condos here at Bolongo beach. For your suggestion, we'll check with the guys at Bolongo 340 Watersport rentals desk, as it's a great idea. We're just glad that they have maintained the Day pass offer (as many places are only by-the-hour for even a paddle-board). With all there is to do here in the VI's, a lot of families have a rental car and are 'on the go' several days to all the beaches and hopping to nearby islands; they may hang-back at Bolongo beach a day or two of their vacation week, and for that, the family day passes work great to pick the day y'all want to just hang-out, relax and play on the kayaks, paddle boards, sunfish sail boats, etc, and be able to spread around vacation monies for more activities, such as a power-boating snorkeling or island-hop tour with our very own Capt. Scott :) Thanks again - See you back at beautiful Bolongo Bay very soon for another Happy New Year!

We had the most wonderful vacation in St. Thomas! The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with prior to arriving in St. Thomas, and they left a lot of very helpful information in the condo. The condo was spacious and beautiful and even better in person than it looked online. It was the perfect location with the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, and it was incredibly convenient being so close to the pool, beach, and several restaurants on-site. Everything about the property and our experience while in St. Thomas was amazing!!! We will definitely be back to the island and to stay at this property again in the future!!!
