Only one block to the pristine Wildwood Crest beaches, voted best beach in New Jersey! This newly redecorated condo has room for everyone in your family with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large open kitchen, dining and living room area.

This end unit has breathtaking unrestricted sunset views from every window, and there are lots of windows! With ocean views from the balcony and sliding doors, there is no shortage of relaxing and calming vistas to look at. By the end of your week's stay you will find yourself rushing home from the beach to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sunset.

This 2nd floor condo has the largest floor plan in the building, so nobody will feel cramped in any room. Large is a word that describes everything in this home. 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, private washer/dryer, new paint throughout, loads of new furniture and flat screen TV's in every room- there is simply nothing more you will want when you stay in our beach retreat.

After you come home from a day at the beach, rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower and jump into our building's private heated pool! Relax on a lounge chair while the kids play- you don't have to worry one bit because it's completely fenced in. A nearby private bathroom means you don't have to go up to your room until you're ready to pack it in for the day.

When you are ready for the boardwalk, the trolley stop is on the corner of our street, so your car can stay safely tucked away in its covered parking space. You'll get two of those parking spaces with your stay, along with a building that boasts an elevator and locked outdoor storage rooms for keeping bikes and toys safe. We'll start you off with some boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys, so no need to pack the car with those things!

There is WI-FI internet access, a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, dressers and large closets in every bedroom.

We've worked hard to make sure you have everything you need for a fantastic family vacation. We look forward to having you as our guests.

Pet Policy: In our building, rental guests are not allowed to bring any pets, regardless of size. I have no discretion in changing this policy.

Wildwood Crest's beaches are by far the best, cleanest, most beautiful beaches our state has to offer. You won't need beach passes here! And even though they are free, there is never any shortage of room to spread out and play.

For more than the beach, you might want to take a trip to nearby Cape May with its great shops, or even visit the Cape May Zoo. The ferry to the outlets at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware is only a few minutes away, so don't worry if you find yourself with a rainy day (in fact you may be looking forward to one!)

Dolphin/whale watching tours and parasailing are just a few minutes away. You can walk to the end of our street to Sunset Lake and rent waverunners for the ride of your life! With dedicated bike lanes all over town, Wildwood Crest is a great place to take family rides to all sorts of places.

And of course, who could forget Wildwood's great amusement piers and boardwalk? Water parks, wild and mild rides, carnival games, shops and plenty of great food!

Excellent Vacation

What a great place! Everything is new...show room condition. This place is just few short steps to the beach. The pool is very nice and did not get crowded at all. I like the fact that I did not need to bring beach chairs, sand toys (for the kids) and boogie boards. All were in the storage area along with the sand cart so transporting to and from the beach was easy as pie. Joe was so helpful and assured I was informed of everything I needed to know. This was especially critical since I went to the place right after Irene hit NJ. All I can say is I stayed at plenty of condo's in Wildwood via real estate brokers and this was by far the best and the most reasonable bang for the buck. The balcony was great to watch some breathtaking sunsets and you can see the beach from that spot. I saved by being able to stay in for meals. All the appliances are like new if not new. Internet access is great and stable should you need to get online. No issues with anything. Great time , great place and excellent communication with the owner.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Best Vacation spot!

We have stayed in many condos during our vacations in Florida and the Caribean islands. This condo was our favorite. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture in every room, granite countertops, porch view of beach and tons of natural light. The cleanliness is what impressed us the most. It was spotless and well cared for.

It is located a short walk from a wonderful beach and dining spots. The convenience of having indoor parking, an elevator, pool, and first floor storage just added to the wonderful experience. It is perfect for our party of 6 people. Our two teenage daughters loved having their own room with a flat screen TV and the availability of wi-fi service.

The condo owners paid wonderful attention to all our needs by communicating promptly and professionally. We have vacationed yearly in Wildwood for over 20 years- this truly was the best place to stay. We have already booked it for next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Perfect for a family vacation with small children!

It was difficult renting a condo sight unseen, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised! The location was great (short walk to the beach) and the layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 7. The place was spotless and everything was in working order. The amenities were great and we were able to stay in and cook most nights (saved lots of $$). Nice view from the deck with a table and 4 wicker chairs. The area was quiet and perfect for a family vacation with small children.

Joe supplied 4 great Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a beach cart to get everything to the beach! It was our home away from home and we can't wait to do it again next year! If you want a family friendly place for dinner with good food, try The Boathouse - great value and great location. Also, on Tuesdays, you can get an "all you can ride" pass for $22 at the boardwalk which is good from 12:30pm - 6:00pm - great value! Joe, thanks again for your hospitality and having us at your beach house!

Our family had a GREAT Memorial Day weekend at this property. We booked at the last minute and the owner Joe was more than accommodating. The unit has obviously been redone very recently and it is very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of windows for a great ocean cross breeze. The location is great - just 1 short block to the best part of the Crest beach and the storage unit has plenty of chairs, umbrellas and a large beach beach cart. The elevator is very convenient to the unit and allowed our elderly parents easy access. There are also 2 tandem parking spaces which also came in handy. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely return.
