Ensuite master bedroom, with king bed , sleeps 2 and the 2nd bedroom has two full sized doubles and sleeps up to 4. Additionally, the sofa bed can sleep a further 2.
We have just completed a remodel of the 2nd bathroom which has been made over into a walk-in shower with top class fittings and tiles, all new higher level toilet, basin and strongly mounted grab bars/towel rails. The refit has been done so as to be 'handicap friendly' and it looks just beautiful!
Our condo is recently renovated; in addition to the bathroom upgrade we have also upgraded the kitchen with quartz countertops and new major appliances. This is not a 'rental unit', this is our holiday home which we are honored to share with you when we can't be there ourselves. We are sure you will love it as much as we do!

The Kawama Yacht Club: The Kawama complex is a gated community located at the tip of Ocean Bay Drive at MM 100 off US 1 (Overseas Highway). Just down the road is the outstanding John Pennekamp Coral reef state park where you can take a dive or snorkel boat out to see the famous Christ of the Abyss underwater statue. The Tower building is right on the Marina and has its own private climate controlled pool exclusively for the use of those in the Tower building (there is an additional pool at the North end of the complex that is open to all Kawama guests). From the pool you can head down to the jetty where you can fish off the end or sit and watch the sunset with a cocktail! There is a private beach with Tiki and BBQ area and access to the dock for those renting a boat slip. There is a boat ramp and boat parking is also available.
Facilities at Kawama: To the west side of the Tower building there is are two Tennis courts and a children's playground. Two tennis rackets are provided in our condo for your use during your stay.
There is also a lagoon enclosed within Kawama, which is oxygenated and has many fish, it is very good for snorkeling and is particularly popular with divers for night diving! There is another beach area on the lagoon by the North Pool.
Parking is available for up to two cars, and there is a separate area for you to park your boat.

What's in the Area?: Diving & snorkeling:
Take a boat out to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, some of the best diving to be found . The snorkeling here too is outstanding, the famous Christ of the Abyss is a regular stop from Key Largo Resorts Marina at Mile Marker 100 of US 1. Most of the dive and snorkel boats also offer Champagne Sunset Trips.
Dolphins & Other Sealife:
you can swim with dolphins at Dolphins Plus, which is just a 3 minute walk from Kawama Yacht Club; Dolphin Cove and Theatre of the Sea also offer many other sealife adventures.
The Everglades
Everglades park is just a short drive away and makes an excellent half or full day trip. Eco tours, including sunsets tours, also leave by boat from Key Largo on the bayside.
Seafood: Eating & Drinking:
The Keys are justly famous for abundant fresh seafood. Try Stone Crabs, Conch Specialities and local Rock Lobster. if you prefer a Cheeseburger-in-Paradise then we have that too! Don't forget to try the Key Lime Pie!
