House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

Luxury lake living! This custom built home offers total comfort and relaxation. It has been professionally decorated, fully furnished and is just 20 gentle feet from the water's edge. This home features all of the latest conveniences and is sure to please everyone.

The entry level of this home consists of a two car garage, master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet, jetted Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. In addition to cooking in the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large pantry, ice maker and wine refrigerator. After dinner, relax in a large living area with vaulted ceilings, slate floors, stone fireplace and a breath taking view of the lake or walk out to the screened in porch with lights and fans, or the deck to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The lower level of this home includes three bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen size bed with private bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed of a twin on top, double on the bottom with a pull out twin trundle bed. The fourth bedroom is a queen size bed. There is another full bathroom on this level. There is a family room for the kids to relax, play PSII or watch TV or a movie. Just go outside to enjoy lounging on the covered patio or open patio while cooking s'mores or playing washers.

About The Owner

We are a family of two working parents with three children. We enjoy getting away from the 'craziness' of every day city life with weekends at the lake. We have created a 'home away from home' retreat with all of the conveniences we have become accustomed to, within the lake atmosphere.

The Owner purchased this house in 2010
Why The Owner chose Laurie

We began coming to the lake area nine years ago as a weekend getaway with two other families. We had so much fun, we decided to buy a place for ourselves. Over the years, we have enjoyed fishing, boating, tubing and just relaxing with family and friends. We hope you enjoy as many fond memories of the lake as we do!

We rented this house for a yearly girls getaway. It's a beautiful home! Upon arrival, the house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to spread out and not sit on top of each other. Everything we needed was provided. We loved how close to the water the house was. I have to admit we spent a lot of time in the screened in porch off the living room. It was the perfect spot to gather, talk and not be bug free! We look forward to renting the house again next year!

It was so great to arrive at this property and be even more impressed with it than in the pictures. The yard and outside of the house is gorgeous. When we walked in we got a great look at the lake from the huge window off the family room. The kitchen has top notch appliances and is big enough for lots of cooks in the kitchen. Plus we were able to get our big gang around the great kitchen table. I spent my mornings drinking my Diet Coke on the screen in porch overlooking the lake. The master bedroom looks out on the lake and is very spacious. The master bath is fit for a king and queen. It was great to have the kids on a different level. Both levels have a spacious tv area. The 3 other bedrooms are nicely sized. The bunk bed room was great – we were able to put all the girls in there! We spent a lot of time on the dock. We swam, jumped off the diving board and stand, fished and had a picnic. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home to rent on the lake that sleeps a lot of people comfortably!

We look forward each summer to our vacation at Lake of the Ozarks. We have stayed in this home repeatedly and always find it to be a wonderful experience. The owners think of everything that will provide their guests with all of the comforts of home while viewing the gorgeous scenery. The dock is near the water so easily accessed. There is plenty of room for parking as well. We have always found the home spotless and relax as soon as we walk through the door. The bunk beds and basement area make it a fun space for our children as well. This home is perfect for a family getaway. The large windows and screened in porch on the back of the home make it impossible not to get lost in the view.
