This professionally decorated lakefront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach along the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. It features sunny lake views from the living room, dining room, master suite, and balcony.

In the living room, there is a large comfortable couch, 2 arm chairs, a large TV with cable and DVD, and a gas fireplace. In the dining room, there is a solid wood table with 6 chairs (and 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar). The kitchen is spacious, fully-equipped, and has a lot of counter space. The master suite contains a king-sized bed, end tables, a large TV, a closet, and a private bathroom with tub/shower. The guest room has a Pottery Barn queen-sized bed with a colorful quilt and 2 large closets. The "kids room" contains 2 sets of bunk beds and a large shelved closet. The guestroom and "kids room" share a spacious hall bathroom with a shower and long vanity. The condo also includes a large selection of games and cards, a game table in the living room, and wireless internet.

Picture yourself starting your day by enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the swans and loons on the lake. Then, it's off to enjoy Lake Charlevoix and the fun that boating has to offer. Enjoy the calm waters of the South Arm for great tubing, water skiing, wake boarding, and knee boarding. After an exciting day on the lake, enjoy a barbecue dinner using the Weber gas grill on the balcony. After dinner, enjoy toasting marshmallows for s'mores on the beach fire pit while gazing at the star-filled northern Michigan sky. Does it get any better than this?

The condo is located just one-half mile from Glens grocery store, Rite Aid, take-out food, and Marty's Cones. It is just 1 mile from downtown East Jordan, Sodalicious, and Murray's Bar & Grill. It is just 7 miles from the historic Ironton Ferry, The Landings at Ironton Cove Marina, and Sonny's Ironton Market. Beautiful Boyne City is just 10 miles away, and charming Charlevoix with Whitney's restaurant, the Weathervane restaurant, and the famous drawbridge to Lake Michigan is just 13 miles away. Petoskey and Odawa Casino are 30 miles away, and Traverse City and the up-north airport are 50 miles away. Enjoy a tour of Michigan's growing wine industry along the Leelanau Peninsula -- just 60 miles away.

About The Owner

We are a family of five. We have a high school student, a middle school student, and an elementary school student. The children love basketball, golf, horseback riding, water skiing, and tubing. The adults love quiet time reading on the beach and relaxing on the boat.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose East Jordan

We chose to buy a vacation rental on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix because the South Arm is a wonderful location for water sports and this condominium has 600 feet of sandy beach frontage.

What makes this condo unique

While staying at our property, one can enjoy many water sports, play on the beach, toast marshmallows in the firepit on the beach, and shop and eat in charming Charlevoix and Boyne City. They are within a short boat-ride or car-ride.

We just stayed at this Condo for the week of 7-3 through 7-10 and were very impressed ! Very Upscale in Decor, Very Clean and spacious! Our View was perfect and quiet like we wanted. Water was nice to play in for our girls and us and neighbors were all pleasant. Convenient to Charlevoix, Petosky and Mackinac but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the touristy areas. Owners were very helpful and informative with our last minute decision to rent their condo. Awesome rafting and boat rentals within walking distance! Would come here again when in this area for sure!

We just spent a weekend at this condo and felt as though we were staying in a "Parade of Homes" condo. Absolutely lovely, including the view. Beds are very comfortable and lots of shelving and closet space in the rooms. Master bedroom overlooks the water as does the livingroom/dining room area. Very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for cooking was available as well as a nice sized refrigerator. All appliances looked and performed as though they were new. If there were neighbors around, we never heard them. The condo seems to be well insulated for noise.

A huge plus for us was the elevator we could use for hauling heavy coolers, suitcases and groceries up to the 2nd floor.

We definately would recommend this condo and will be checking our calendars for an opportunity to stay here again for a longer period of time in the near future .
