This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, volume ceilings, accented wall colours, laundry room, an indoor spa tub, baby high chair, 2 TV's, 2 VCR's, 1 DVD player and a sofa bed in the front living room. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably. The family room has a 32" TV with built-in DVD player and both living rooms have a ceiling fan. The elegant formal dining room seats 6 while the breakfast nook seats 4. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed, 27" TV and combined DVD and VCR player while in the en-suite bathroom you will find his n' her vanities, bath with jets, shower cubicle, toilet room, tiled flooring and walk-in-closet. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second "commual" bathroom has a single vanity, bath with overhead shower and toilet. There is also a private, heatable electric pool and with plenty of seating and play space for everyone. The home come equipped with a BBQ for your enjoyment, but please remember to pull the BBQ outside the screened patio when using it. The west-facing pool deck with fences on either side and a gorgeous conservation view to the rear offers space and privacy. There is a large covered lanai as well with upgraded patio furniture (tubular with cushions) consisting of 4 chairs, 4 loungers, 1 table, 1 side table and a pool blanket so if you are planning on spending extra time in the pool, we recommend this home because you won't lack for space here.
