Great family vacation in an aboslutely wonderful home

Eight of us went on a much needed 10 day family vacation right after school was out in June with my parents, sister, brother, and 2 children, ages 7 and 9. Before we left, we had great directions to the property and instructions on how to use virtually everything in the house and Reunion's great amenities. When we arrived and opened the front door we could not believe our eyes. We thought it would be great with the pictures we had seen on the website and our discussions with the owners, but this home far exceeded our expectations. The furniture is top shelf, the kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight, beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the location is an easy walk to Reunion's pools, restaurants, water park, tennis courts, spa, and club house for the Watson and Palmer golf courses. The home is located in the popular Homestead portion of Reunion. The property was immaculate when we arrived and was stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, and dish towels. It is a very open floor plan. We usually ate breakfast at the kitchen counter and cooked dinner many nights on the outdoor courtyard gas grill and ate dinner either in the courtyard or at the dinning room table, both of which could seat all of us. At night the youngsters either spent time in the pool or upstairs in the rec room watching movies or playing Nintendo on the big screen TV's. We watched our own shows downstairs on the big screen TV, or relaxed on the swivel rockers in the courtyard or back porch. In the evening Dave and I would take a nice 5 minute stroll to the Gathering Loop pool and swim laps and then relax in the hot tub. We rarely saw anyone at the Gathering Loop pool, so it was like having our own private Olympic sized pool with a hot tub for 12. We really appreciated the wireless internet access and wireless printer at the house, it made printing our boarding passes very convenient. Shortly after we arrived, George, the neighbor across the street and the owner's on-site property manager, introduced himself and gave us great information about the resort and let us know if we needed anything, we should just let him know. It was nice to know someone was so close to help in case we needed something. We visited Disney, Universal, and Sea World but loved the Reunion water park almost as much. The boy's had fun golfing and we had fun watching them tee off from the front balcony. We had the time of our lives and can't wait to come back.
