This condo is a one of a kind designer furnished and gorgeously finished One Bedroom + Office/Den condo located on the 14th floor of the popular Astoria building in the heart of The Inner Harbour.

If you are looking for a Spacious One Bedroom Plus Den/Office, then this is the place for you. This is not a studio style suite. This is a roomy 750 sq ft wonderfully furnished apartment with all of the comforts of home.

The open floor plan for the kitchen, living, and dining area is separated from the office/den by a French door, providing the privacy and quiet you may desire while working, reading, or relaxing.

The bedroom and the balcony offer more separate spaces. So, unlike the many crowded one bedroom condos on the market, this lovely spot boasts so much more. To top it all off, don’t forget that this unit is on the 14th floor with views from every room, including the office/den.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Many of the extras you need are pre-stocked such as: paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more. If you need it, and it isn’t there, just ask and we’ll bring it to you.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay in the condo; it was clean and comfortable. Thank you for all of the extra supplies that were provided. It was a home away from home. We were lucky; had some great weather. Easter weekend we had breakfast on the balcony. Visited family and did lots of touring around- 2 weeks wasn't enough -could have stayed longer!!

The condo is awesome-great location and people!
We went to Hermann's Jazz Club on Fort for great entertainment. Whale watching-didn't see any whales but sea lions and seals and bald eagles- ride was very bumpy! Walked to Castle, very cool! Went to Big Bad John's to see all of the bras and spiders- quite the ambiance. Walked around seawall, did lots of walking in downtown area.
Visited with friends and family and decided a week was not enough.
You folks are so accommodating and helpful! We'll be back!

I have found an apartment to lease and will be bidding farewell to the lovely, "Astoria Views". Your apartment was the perfect introduction to Victoria for me. Thank you!

Liz, this apartment could not have been more well-suited to meet our needs, and you and Bruce were such attentive and responsive hosts. It was a delight to stay here.

I especially appreciated all the nice shelving units and storage places, the fully equipped kitchen, the decor and warm colours that made the apartment feel like a cozy home away from home during the winter, the fantastic security and building management services at the Astoria, and most of all, the stunning ocean, mountain and city views from the master bedroom that made it feel like I was sleeping on a cloud.

Thank you again for your great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Victoria to rent from Victoria Prime and stay in the lovely, "Astoria Views" suite.

Wonderful Time in Victoria

Had a wonderful time in Victoria. The apartment is in a great place to not only access the city centre, but the whole of the island. Very lucky with the weather during our stay, very hot all week and we visited lots of great places when having a car. Will recommend Victoria to all of our friends.
