This luxury apartment is located on the hill of 'Grefsen' (Oslo), with an overlooking almost the whole City and the Oslo Fjord. The building was built in 2007 and everything is new and 'State of the Art'. The apartment is app. 300 meters over sea level and is located in a quiet area. A secluded garage comes with the apartment.

Short distance to everything you may need; Excellent Shopping Center, SubWay, Busses, Museums, Opera, 'Holmenkollen Ski Center', Viking Ship Museum, a fascinating Capital with a puzzling inner Oslo City, with the Royal Residence in the center.

From the 'Back Stage Door' (behind the building) you have direct access to the amazing 'Oslo Marka' Forrest for a walk in nature.

The excellent location provides clean air, the view facinating, it's close to the 'Oslo Marka' (Oslo's famous recreational Eco Area).

Stayed here in late October this year. The apartment is beautiful - large, spacious, very clean and very well equipped. The balcony views are extraordinary, with the colors of the landscape changing with the weather. Wonderful kitchen, great sleeping quarters, lovely neighborhood. There is a bus that takes you the less than one mile to the bus/train station to get downtown - takes about 10-15 minutes once you are on the train. We walked to the train every day - lovely walk. If I were returning to Oslo I would definitely contact these lovely owners to stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
