Amazingly, elegant, condominium suite with a large balcony overlooking huge palm tree on Collins Avenue.

Airy and spacious rooms with marble flooring throughout. This Condo has a fully-equipped kitchen. Living rooms that are equipped with cable TV's (with over 100 channels) and VCR's.

The building has a large pool overlooking the beautiful beach and its crystal waters. The pool is equipped with tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. There is also an onsite fitness center equipped with all necessary equipment to get your daily workout done.

Located in an absolutely fabulous area directly on the beach. Walk two blocks to the well-known Ocean Drive or Lincoln Avenue where the restaurants, shops, theaters, and nightlife can not be duplicated. PERFECT LOCATION!!

This building also provides a 24 hour concierge front desk. Conveniently located on the grounds is Walgreen's Drug Store, a divine French bakery, dry cleaners, deli, and an office room where you can check your e-mail or send a fax.
