ENJOY THIS SPACIOUS MONDERN HOME AND IT'S CHARMING WOODED LOCATION.

This year was my family's second year of staying at this location (planning our third year). We talk about this location all year long and get so excited to begin our countdown. As soon as we are on the long winding pathway to the house we know our stay is truly unique. You cannot find a better home than this one. You walk in the front door and we just breathe and our troubles and busy city life are no more... Sitting on the front porch with our morning cup of coffee, or listening to nature on the back porch is all we really need. The home is so spacious with the open floor plan, it is nice to have all the family in the same room. The owner is very friendly and wants us to have the best experience as possible. The caretaker takes great pride in sharing the responsibility of caring for the home as well. With our busy life in the city, this is our one and only place that feels like our second home... And the only place we truly relax and enjoy the simpler things in life!! Can't wait till next year!!!

We recently returned from a very enjoyable week in Pentwater. This house is amazing; the pictures do not do it justice. It is very spacious, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The house backs up to a wooded area with plenty of privacy. It is completely stocked with every amenity imaginable. The owner, Bruce, was professional and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The manager, Mark, (and his daughter Alexis) was very helpful. There is plenty to do in the Pentwater area during the summer and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We had a great time biking the Hart-Montague trail, enjoying the concerts in the park and Pentwater’s beach. Ludington is also worth checking out.

We have stayed at several other houses across the country, and this was one of the nicest!

Our family had the privilege of spending Memorial Day weekend at this fantastic home. It is beautifully maintained and sits on a lovely piece of property. We enjoyed watching deer, squirrels, and various birds as we ate breakfast each morning. The home is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay; we loved the ability to put a roast in the crockpot Sunday morning and come home after a full day's activities to a home cooked meal waiting for us. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The layout of the home is fabulous for being together as a family.

The house is within walking distance of a portion of Pentwater Lake that is great to fish or launch the kayaks at. It is about a 5 minute drive into the quaint, lovely downtown shopping district (be sure to visit the Pentwater Popcorn Company!) and Channel Park. Walking along the pier leads you to gorgeous views of Lake Michigan and a public access beach. Also, Charles Mears State Park. Pentwater is conveniently located within a 20 minute drive north to Ludington, where we attended church on Sunday and spent the day exploring, and 20 minutes south to Silver Lake. We enjoyed all the activities available there as well!

Bruce and the home's caretaker, Mark, were great to work/communicate with. All our questions were answered promptly and made our stay fabulous! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone :-)
