Welcome to your perfect family vacation paradise! This single story, first floor condo is located between the Marriott Resort Hotel and Horseshoe Bay Marina. It is in walking distance of both, making it a perfect lodging option for weddings at the Resort. The ~1400 sq ft condo provides a beautiful setting for relaxing and taking in the adventures of Lake LBJ and the Texas Hill Country.

The adventure begins as you step out the back door onto a large deck adjacent to the beautifully landscaped, fenced yard and swimming pool (shared by only 5 other units). You can watch the kids splash in the pool as you sun yourself or prepare a meal on the gas grill located on the deck.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully appointed, open living area. The modern kitchen includes a spacious eating area and opens into a comfortable great room complete with wet bar, 32” TV, satellite service, DVD/VCR and Stereo. 2 large full bathrooms can accomodate all guests.

After a day on the lake, look forward to a good night's sleep in one of two nicely furnished bedrooms. Enjoy the spacious Master suite, complete with King bed, futon, private bath and 27' TV, or the second bedroom, perfect for kids and adults alike, with a twin bunk over a double bed. To maximize sleeping space, the sofa in the great room converts to a Queen size bed.

Lake LBJ is a breathtaking constant level lake for boating, skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, with phenomenal fishing. Both the HSB Marina and the LBJ Yacht Club offer boat and personal watercraft rentals. If golf is your sport, you will find the golf courses in the area spectacular.

San Antonio, with the famed RiverWalk, is only 90 mins away and offers Sea World, Fiesta Texas and the Alamo as family destinations. Nationally renowned Schlitterbahn Water Park is located only 45 minutes away.

Travel 45 minutes East from Horseshoe Bay and you will find the Texas State Capital of Austin, with its live music venues, trendy shopping and great restaurants. If antiquing is your passion, the town of Fredricksburg is south 60 minutes and offers plenty of unique shops and restaurants.

About The Owner

We are a family with three children and understand the importance of creating lasting vacation memories with the family!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2007
Why The Owner chose Horseshoe Bay

We love Lake LBJ and the vacation opportunities the area offers. We visited other lakes near our home in San Antonio before we purchased our home. This lake and the area surrounding it has it all! We love Marble Falls and surrounding towns. The lake is constant level, so we don't have to worry about it drying up. The area is gorgeous!

What makes this condo unique

Our first floor condo provides an awesome vacation atmosphere, allowing us to walk out the back door into a large fenced in yard and pool. We love being able to walk to the Marriott on one side and the Horseshoe Bay Marina on the other. Great location!

This well furnished condo was perfect for our visit. We could not have wanted for anything there. Our son and his wife and two little boys stayed right above us in another condo. We, and another son stayed in this wonderful condo. The young boys could run right out our door and swim anytime they wanted to. They fished at the dock, went to a large cave nearby and watched our owner's videos at night. Our whole family loved our stay at Horseshoe Bay.

From the moment we walked in and saw the perfect layout of the spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space and the open living, dining and kitchen area to the tasteful decor we felt right at home. This was a very comfortable vacation spot for us.The wet bar got a workout this time around, I brought my ice shaving machine and made snow cones everyday. The covered patio was enjoyed in the evenings and helped to shelter me from the sun while grilling Texas sized steaks to perfection. The cool sparkling pool was a bonus for sure this summer.And I'm glad that we had a yard for my four legged child to enjoy playing in also, he even met some new friends too. Definitely looking forward to coming again!! Really enjoyed working with Linda to make all the arrangements for our stay. There's plenty to do between Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls we were never bored. Plenty of shopping and a great variety of restaurants. I've been telling everyone how beautiful it is here.

Another fun girls weekend

Each year a few of us girls go away for a weekend. This was the best one so far. The condo and amenities were so much more than we could have hoped. Though you are not right on the water it is within walking distance and the grounds of the Marriott across the street are beautiful. It is such a relaxing atmosphere and the neighbors were very nice. He actually put out an umbrella for us so we had some shade while relaxing by the pool. We had the pool to ourselves the entire weekend so we were able to use our floaties which was really the only way to stay cool since it was around 105 degrees each day. We loved our stay so much we are going to try and come back in the spring but we will definately be back for our girls weekend next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This is a great place to stay for friends or families! It was so clean and everything we needed was available to us! It was very spacious too. The pool was clean and located right by the condo. Three couples stayed here for our friends wedding and it was perfect for us. We all raved about how conveniently located it was to everything in Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls. We would highly suggest staying here. It is a great price for a fantastic stay!

This condo is awesome! We rented it for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! It is clean, spacious, comfortable with beautiful furnishings and has everything for a great get away! The pool really is right out the back door, and we had it all to ourselves! The location is beautiful, in walking distance of the Marriott and of the Horseshoe Bay Marina. I will definitely go back soon! The owners were wonderful to work with! Thanks for helping create a memorable weekend for all of us!
