Elies villa (Katikia I & II) are built to high standard, finesse and style. Set on spacious grounds of approximately 7.000 sqm and surrounded by 53 olive trees of all ages, offering a luxury family home in peaceful surrounds, yet very close to Lefkas town and the island's beaches.

'Elies' transmits a positive aura and a relaxing, homely, peaceful feeling, that are detected almost immediately.

Sitting by the pool veranda and watching nature, your mind takes you to a journey in time, through the 300

year old grey, wrinkled trunk of the olive tree at the end of the pool, blending harmoniously with the blue of

the water and the sky! It then requires an effort to make your-self lifted and explore all that Lefkas, the nearby

islands and mainland have to offer. Time loses value, only made its presence aware because of the position of the sun, the moon and the color of the sky.

I had a great stay at Elies Residence. The villas are comfortable and exceptionally beautiful. The location ideal, in a quiet olive grove, with awesome olive trees hundreds of years old, and great access to main roads towards every direction of the island. Last but not least, the owners are truly friendly and helpful. Surely I will be visiting again next year! AAA+!!!!!

Where to start? When I was looking for the perfect place for me and my family for the holidays, the Elies residence, Lefkada seemed like a good place for us. And I was right! Description of the villa is completely accurate, well maintained, clean, with all the necessary props, even more than you need, espresso machine, microwave, oven, stove, grill, pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, ...
The ovner of the villa Mrs.Raula is more then a good host, I would like to thank her once more for everything she did for us and for making our holidays unforgettable, her domestic olive oil is best we ever tasted.
I would recomend this property from the bottom of my heart, for young people, for children and for old people, all you need is car for the beautifull beaches of Lefkada, and of course for restaurants which there are many just 2 km from villa.
