Finished to a high specification and well furnished throughout in a contemporary style, this villa is conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance of the Pueblo with its many varied restaurants, bars and cafes. The villa has four bedrooms, two double and two twin each with access to a patio. The villa is south facing with panoramic views of the coast. There is a private pool (Approx 8m x 4m) with poolside shower and numerous patios. Satellite TV, air-conditioning, Solar hot water, barbecue. Located on peaceful private road with parking. Walking distance of the pretty village of Benalmadena Pueblo with bars and restaurants. Beach, golf course and many more activities are only a 10 min drive.

Pueblo: The village of Benalmadena Pueblo is a 5 minute walk away and with its local whitewashed walls and cobble stoned square it has won many awards for its natural beauty. In the village there are 2 supermarkets and a number of good restaurants and bistros and most of the local bars also provide excellent tapas throughout the day. The pizzas from the local pizza restaurant, El Parador, are highly recommended. Within the village there are also banks, bakery, butcher, hairdressing salon, hardware shops, etc. In the La Cupola gardens above the villa is a great 'chill out' bar just to sit and watch the sun go down whilst sipping a Mohito - highly recommended!

Villa: The villa is in a very secure and private location with access from the private road leading up to a tiled terrace and pool area. There are a further three terraces which are all tiled and have beautiful views over the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. There is also a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, with awning to provide further shade. Six sun loungers are provided together with two movable sun parasols. The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated with solar panels providing hot water. The property is furnished in a modern style and has porcelain tiles throughout. This is a lovely home and although situated in a quiet private road it is within a 5 minutes walk of the quaint village.

Locale: Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive away and taxi fares are usually between 25-30 euros.There is a great chauffer car service book online and cheaper than a taxi they will greet you at the airport and help with baggage. An excellent air conditioned trains train service between Fuengirola and Malaga, running every half hour. The nearest station to the villa is Torremuelle (5 minutes drive) where it is possible to park. Return fares to Malaga (east bound) or Fuengirola (west bound) are under 5 euros. The ports of Algecerias and Gibraltar are 1 hour drive away and ferries to Tangiers take approx 30 minutes. The village also has a bus service which operates hourly from the village down to the town of Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa. there is an express coach to Marbella and Gibralter from Fuengirola bus station.

There is a brand new, state of the art hospital on the outskirts of the village.

The villa is situated in Benalmadena Pueblo, a pretty traditional Spanish village with lovely views over the coast. It has an historic church and a museum as well as numerous bars and restaurants. The village is in an ideal location for visiting other towns of interests in Andalucia with Malaga only 30 minutes away. Malaga is an historic city with numerous attractions including the castle, the cathedral, bullring, and Picasso museum. For details visit website (inquire) Rhonda of Hemingway fame is around 45 minutes away and Grenada, famous for The Alhambra, approximately 2 hours away. The coast with its numerous beaches, marinas and tourist attractions is a 10 minute drive and in the nearby towns of Fuengirola and Torremolinas there are water parks and cinema complexes as well as shopping outlets.
