Four couples on a ski trip stayed in this beautiful chalet that could not have been in a better location for us to ski Beaver Creek and Vail. The chalet easily accomodated all of us with very nice bedrooms, and a view that would be difficult to beat. We enjoyed cooking together in the more than adequate kitchen, and relaxed to read and watch TV in the upstairs living room. The gas fireplaces, in the living room, and downstairs Rec room were a welcomed pleasure on some of the coldest skiing days we have ever experienced. The hot tub was clean and located such that there was a terriffic view out over the valley.
The owner was tremendous in the infromation that she gave to me to make sure that we were all comfortable and knew where to go to get groceries and shop. Only a few minutes from Beaver Creek ski hill parking ramp and 10-15 minutes to the middle of Vail ski access.
The chalet is located along a golf course and snowshoes were also availble in case one wanted to go looking for elk on the farways and wooded surrounds.
Movie theaters, including a dinner/lounge theater, and great restaurants are all very easily a hand.
The place was no less than beautiful and perfect for us. I am looking forward to returning during a non-winter season to enjoy some hiking, fly fishing and photography. We will definitely plan to return to this place again.
