Very cute, privacy, well furnished comfortable
We stayed 4 nights in October. Only one other tenant in the condo building, so lots of quiet & privacy! When we arrived, we were in awe of the cuteness of it all. 3 beds, 2 full baths (one has shower/tub, the other shower). Adorable ocean decor & good furniture- couch, table, beds, etc.. We didn't watch TV at all, so can't comment on that. They refunded our deposit right away. It was clean when we came, clean when we left. The rental agent was nice to work with. Pet friendly. My poodle loved it there! Good rates, no pet deposit required.
negatives: There is a large sand dune that prohibits a good view of the ocean since this is on bottom floor, although you can see the ocean, you can't really see where it laps on the shore... You can stand up on back porch & see more of it, but still not full view. Also, the carpets are needing replaced- not torn, just worn- old shag type. One other thing that could be an issue if you have children. The back yard was 'covered' with stickers,,,got in our shoes, into our feet on occasion. Children would not be able to play in back yard until sticker problem is resolved.
Ending on good note, very easy to walk to beach, just thru the trail, right to the beach. They have some chairs you can carry & LOTS of children beach toys (although we didn't have children with us.) Gave the atmosphere of "beach HOUSE" not condo. That made it a good get a-way. thank you!!
