The Mountain View Cottage is located in the village of downtown Lake Placid and is a five minute walk to Main Street where you can enjoy all the restaurants, boutiques and quaint shops. Catch the trolley at the foot of the driveway for your pleasure of going uptown free of charge. This charming new home sleeps six comfortably and is awaiting you for your weekend getaway or family vacation. Mountain View is a short drive to all Olympic Venues including Whiteface Mountain, the speed skating oval, ski jumps, but just a short walk to the Olympic Arena and the ice rinks. The cottage is clean, newly furnished and is equipped with all the comforts of home. The convenient location is perfect to enjoy all that Lake Placid has to offer. The spectacular panoramic view of the Adirondacks can be admired while sitting outside on the terrace at sunrise or sunset, in the living room, or in the kitchen while having your morning coffee; the view is brilliant, you won't want to forget your camera!
