The balance will be due and payable 30 days prior to check in (unless otherwise stated). Should your dates be less than 30 days away then we would require the full payment in order to reserve. Reservation is not confirmed until all balances are paid in full.
Fees And Taxes Taxes: Taxes are not included in the rates. The taxes are 15.25% TN State and Davidson County sales tax plus $2.50 per night TN Occ. tax.

Security Deposit: $100.00 USD Security/Damage deposit that is refunded within a few days of your rental departure.

Cleaning: Cleaning: Cleaning: One time departure cleaning included for stays of 2 nights or more.

We rented this beautiful loft for a quick getaway and concert at Bridgestone Arena. The Printer's Alley location is as good as it gets for enjoying the best of Nashville. It's just a few minutes to walk to Broadway and the honky tonks, or to the arena. The loft itself is very nicely appointed and comfortable, upscale but not stuffy. Communication with the Melody was smooth and easy and helped make for a stress free visit, and we were met at the front door with the keys and all the information we needed. What a great place to spend some time in a fun city! We would definitely rent from Melody again on our next visit.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Everything was perfect! Everyone enjoyed theor stay. Nashville is a new favorite city of mine. I felt at home and everyone was so nice. I will def use you guys again and recommend you!
