Breathtaking private home quietly perched atop the oceans edge, with 180 degree unobstructed ocean views in beautiful Solana Beach. Steps to the sand, world class restaurants, shopping, (including the Cedro Design District), Amtrak, and the Coaster. Located 1 mile from the famous Del Mar racetrack and Fairgrounds.

This private getaway is the perfect romantic resort. The gated entry guards a quiet garden court yard. Upon entering the home you are greeted by spectacular ocean views from every room.

The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped, complete with 48' wolf stove, glass front sub zero fridge, filtered hot and cold water faucet, beautiful imported granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher and flat screen TV.

The living room has a large pull out sofa bed that will sleep two quite comfortably. 61 inch TV with complete surround sound, remote control masonry Fireplace, indoor bar with sink, large wine fridge and a 10' salt water aquarium.

The large master suite includes a king size bed, 46 inch flat screen TV, computer work station, massage chair and walk-in closet. The master bath includes two sinks, large shower with his and her shower heads, oversized soaking tub complete with a masonry fireplace that is operated by remote control.

Oceanfront deck also has a full outdoor Kitchen, complete with 12' Bar, 48' Lynx BBQ w/4 25,000 BTU Burners and a 1500 degree searing unit, clear ice maker, outdoor fridge and sink, seating for 14 people, fire pit dining, full-size bed lounge, heated Jacuzzi, 12' Dry Sauna, outdoor shower and 400 watt ocean lights perfect for night swimming.

This home is great for entertaining or a romantic getaway for two.

The Perfect Honeymoon

After a crazy weekend wedding in Vegas, this house provided all the calm rest and relaxation we were looking for. This is the most beautiful house i have ever stepped foot in. Everyday we opened up the doors to the deck and every night we loved sitting by the table top firepit listening to the sound of the waves. We were even able to watch dolphins jumping out of the water right in front of the house. This house is also in a perfect location. We were able to walk to alot of places and also in the car there was so much with in 15 minutes in any direction. We loved this house and the town of Solana Beach, we were sad to leave and we're already trying to decided when to come back. Thank you Ron!

5 stars isn't a high enough rating for this vacation experience. The home was beyond beautiful, and the views of the sunset sitting on the deck (or from anywhere in the house for that matter) were stunning. I can't think of a nicer place to spend my birthday and would love to go back. They really thought of everything in this home.

Words cannot describe how utterly beautiful this house is. Many detailed, accurate photos were provided, but when we actually arrived after too many hours of travel, we were speechless. The setting is magnificent, the house spotless, the furnishings perfect, the bedding luscious......just meticulous attention to detail. We love the area and have close friends nearby, but found it difficult to leave that house!
