WHAT A DEAL, $1,575.00 FOR A WEEKat MaMa's Cottage, classic beach cottage in the heart of Atlantic Beach on 'The Circle'. Come and enjoy the crystal coast with your family in this lovely beach cottage. The home has beautiful tongue and groove pine paneling and hard wood floors. Inside is very spacious with six bedrooms, with one queen, five doubles and four twins, two sitting areas, two baths, three eating areas and a nicely updated large kitchen. There is a wonderful view of the beach and ocean on the second floor in the sitting area and a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is large enough for a large family with plenty of room. Also for parking it is enough space for five cars.

You are within walking distance to beach shops, eateries, and much more. You will also enjoy the aquarium, minature golf and our historical Fort Macon that has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and very close to many restaurants. Across the bridge in Morehead there are shops, restaurants, antiquing and also the fishing boats that arrive each afternoon. Don't miss the town of Beaufort. It also has restaurants, excursions which takes you to Cape Lookout, Sand Dollar Island, Shackleford Banks and also you can take a sunset cruise, shopping and just wonderful entertainment. This is a family beach home that we have all enjoyed for many summers and a vacation where you can relax, enjoy and have lasting memories.

What a great place to stay. Very short walk to many beach shops Berts, Atlantic Beach Surf Shop and Wings. Also eateries, Shark Shack, McDonalds, WaterMark, El Zaapo and Channel Marker. Close to movie theater and grocery store at the Atlantic Station. Visiting Morehead City and Beaufort with the best seafood restaurants and shopping and just beautiful scenery. You will want to come back each summer.

What a vacation!

This cottage is PERFECT! It is truly a 'home away from home'. It is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very close to the ocean! The kitchen is quite large and contains everything you need to prepare fabulous meals and desserts! There is plenty of room for your own family, another family, and the kids' friends. . . The location is just a hop, skip and jump away from beach activities, shopping for groceries, clothes, knick-knacks or even pet hermit crabs if you so desire! The cottage is well-maintained; very clean; the air conditioner worked great and the views of the ocean from upstairs were wonderful. Our favorite spot was the front porch where we all sat after dinner and laughed and chatted until the wee hours of the morning. This has definitely become our family's favorite vacation spot and we will return year after year! So much to do in Atlantic Beach and surrounding area, we even rent in the spring and fall. We have found our little piece of 'heaven on earth'. Thanks to the homeowners for sharing such a fantastic vacation spot!

Comfortable Beach House

Your house is very beautiful. I liked the homey feel it had. Most places have very modern furniture and no character. You house screams with memories of kids running up and down the stairs (which were beautiful), parents just relaxing and enjoying each other, and grandparents spoiling the kids, comfortable all around, very short walk to the beach. Located near shopping and entertainment. If we ever go back, we will definitely keep this house in mind.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We love our family vacation home, which has been in the family for four generations. There are alot of memories and unforgettable ones. That is the greatest part about our cottage it is close to everything. I am so glad that you liked our cottage and will come back for your memories.
