Apartment A: has a King bed, full kitchen, bath, living room with two klick klack couches that make into beds and two 4 inch thick mats for the floor.
Bedroom one decorated in beautiful red bedspread and drapes. Lots of privacy and space in this apartment, can be very romantic or a great place for family gatherings. We have had many here and it is a great place to cook, eat and gather.
Apartment B: has two queen beds in separate rooms and bunk beds in another room. Sleeps six easily. The apartment has a kitchenette, full bathroom, and a sitting area. This apartment has the most beds and is a little less spacious because of the bedrooms but a great place to stay regardless.
Although the apartments are nice the whole house is GREAT. There are two big yards, front and back, BBQ, Tree swing, River behind the house, cattle in the field, great for whatever you want.
A fish cleaning station will be available soon, parking for boats and trailers. River and ocean access within 5 miles; Steelhead, Salmon and some lake trout are in the rivers and lakes.

About Linda Middleton
I am a 60 year old woman who was raised in this family home. I have lived in Forks most of my life. I am the founder and Executive Director of a non-profit organization called Concerned Citizens. You can look it up on the web Concernedcitizenspnw.org. That endeavor was born out of the need I had of finding services for my son with a disability who is 36 and still lives with us. He has inspired many people and the organization has served many people over the 32 years it has been in existence. I love the outdoors, Forks, and the beaches. It is fun to watch the people who come to stay enjoy the things I was able to take for granted. My husband and I live just 3 minutes away from the rental and love meeting the people who stay there.
Linda Middleton purchased this farmhouse in 2010
Why Linda Middleton chose Forks
It was my family home and I love living in the Northwest it is nice to be able to share it. The air is clear, there are beautiful trees laden with moss. The rivers are clean and beautiful. I love the ocean and the beaches. The people are friendly and everyone knows beaches. The people are friendly and everyone knows you it is the place to live, I marvel at it every day. When the Twilight saga was written our house was an exact duplicate of the Jacob Black House in the movie and so it became the Jacob Black House nestled between Lapush and Forks right at the 'treaty line'. As Twilight visitors have realized the beauty of the area and now come to hike, fish, and beach comb, the name has been changed to Alder Valley Meadows.
What makes this farmhouse unique
Close to Pacific beaches, Olympic National Parks, Hoh Rain Forest, rivers for fishing, hunting. Property has WiFi Internet access, Satelite TV, Basketball hoop, Badminton, outside games, fire pits, picnic area, Gas BBQ.
