Welcome to our home away from home on pristine Sunset Beach. It is a beautiful, recently renovated upstairs villa just steps from the beach. Open layout with 52 inch big screen TV and wood horseshoe bar great for breakfast or happy hour. Vaulted ceilings provide warm beachy atmosphere. This is a one bedroom unit but comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 people with the futon and large couch.

Steps out onto large wood deck with gas grill and chairs and tables with market umbrellas. We have a fully stocked kitchen for great meals during your stay - if you feel like it. Otherwise you are within walking distance to Caddy's and the Katiki!

We provide everything you need for great days at the beach located directly across the street (we are steps from the beach access). Umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for the kids are able to be loaded up in the wagon we provide. Outside shower to keep the sand out of your bed.

Perfect location for family fun or a romantic getaway! Come build some great memories here like we have!

NOT what we expected!

This was a last minute trip which the owner was more than generous to accommodate me and my wife for our anniversary. The area was perfect and very private and we love the beach which was only a few steps from the house. What we didn’t expect for this house was the large size, unique but cool decoration, comfort, lots of amenities and all the dolphins we saw in the area. I work for a "well known Timeshare Company" and wanted to explore something different from a 5 star resort. This property gave me exactly what I was looking for and more. If traveling again to this area this will be my 1st choice.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
