Feel the breezes of Lake Michigan off the screened porch or from the private association access (a short walking distance away). Enjoy this newer home with all the bells and whistles. You won't be disappointed in this home especially with it's closeness to Lake Michigan! Located 4 miles north of South Haven the subdivision consists of woods and single family homes. Its quiet, quaint and just right for families. The kitchen boasts granite countertops with top of the line cabinetry and an island to snack around for four. An open floor plan lets you enjoy all the areas together and the living areas' ledge stone fireplace & flat screen. The main floor master bedroom has its own bathroom with his/her sinks and a private entrance to the porch. The upstairs has a sitting area with two bedrooms with one of the bedrooms containing 4 built in twin beds. 100' of beautiful beach to hang out around during the day with the shoreline available to walk along for as far as you can.

  • 50% of rental fee is required to book property along with signed rental agreement. Contact owner to email contract. $500.00 security deposit is contingent upon guests leaving property clean, orderly and damage free. Refund of deposit will be mailed within 5 days of vacation departure. Should reservation cancellation be necessary refunds will only be given for a vacation when they can be rebooked by the owner. If the vacation cannont be rebooked monies paid will forfeited less the security deposit.

Great Weekend Away!

Some girl friends and I rented this house for a long weekend. The owner responded to questions very quickly, which in my opinion is very important. The house was extremely clean, well decorated and had everything we needed as well as provided plenty of room for all of us. There was also a fire pit in the back yard, which we used when it wasn't raining. The beach was a short walk away and stunning! I highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful home!

Everything was just as described and absolutely perfect. My daughter, her
two children and my sister joined us for a couple of days and all had a
wonderful time! There was plenty of room for everyone. A very clean and comfortable home.

We also appreciated the owner allowing us the extra time to check out on
Tuesday. We had our bikes with us and were very happy to have the extra
hours to wait out the rain. It was raining pretty heavily at the normal
10:30 checkout time. We would have had two very wet bikes!

Family Fun Va ation

My family thoroughly enjoyed their week in this beautiful home! It has everything you need and more! The 3 full bathrooms were a luxury. Each couple had their own!
My favorite was the screened porch where I could read and relax.
The beach was awesome! Great for long walks! We set up a canopy and camping chairs and enjoyed the water.
We went antiquing in South Haven and browsed in the small shops.
We had no kids but the house comes with a closet full of toys as well as a high chair and pack n play. No need to bring everything from home!
We are already booked for next summer.

What a great place to stay!

It wasn't hard to decide on renting this home after looking at the pictures and then reading the reviews. The owner has done a great job with this home and is very easy to work with.

The home is located just minutes from a private neighborhood beach that was just beautiful. The home itself is laid out perfectly for a relaxing vacation, either with kids or other adults.

We will certainly rent this home again next time we come to South Haven.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
