Styley mix of furniture, lots of charm and a bathroom you won't want to leave. Check out local artists' work about, watch HBO, connect to the internet and enjoy french press organic coffee and some snacks. Walk to vintage shops, restaurants, coffee shops, music venues or ride a bike to ACL.

From this artist retreat, walk to the heart of South Congress (3 blocks away), restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, music venues. This large airy room is adjacent to the house and private with 2 parking spaces and it’s own entrance. Large spa style bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-through shower and windows shielded by lush bamboo. Sleeps 2 in queen comfy bed. Concrete floors, high ceiling with lots of light, local art, open air courtyard (shared with house, but still somewhat private) with fire pit. TV (cable/HBO) and wireless internet, air conditioning.   • This huge bathroom is stunning. The sink area is open to the room. The toilet has a sliding door (covers the washer and dryer and then slides over the quaint toilet room that has a round window to the outside). The tique wood surrounded jetted tub is surrounded by windows with a view to private bamboo on two sides and the walk-through mint penny tile floored shower is huge.

  • The queen size bed is in a 'cove', which is a part of the main room with high ceilings. It's a mix of airy/open and cozy.

The most magical joint in an already magical city.

I'm just a tiny bit sad for all the people that don't discover what there is to fall for at 607 Soco Heaven.

Beautiful, relaxing, and cool

The 607 SOCO Heaven house exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing property in an amazing area with plenty of entertainment and excitement just down the street. The home itself has many unique features both inside and out that make it a great place to stay and the immediate neighborhood contains some of Austin's best restaurants, shops, and music... plus downtown is just a long walk down hill or short cab ride away! And Jennifer couldnt possibly be nicer and more accommodating with whatever may be needed. We are very much looking forward to our next stay in Austin at 607!

Perfect place to stay.

I found/booked this on very short notice and Jennifer was very easy to work with. You will not find a more friendly and accomodating host. The whole place has a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is close to lots of places that are within walking distance. This was my first time in Austin, but hopefully not the last!... Kenny

Amazing Bungalow in SOCO ( Diane - Houston Tx)

My husband and I loved our weekend stay at Jennifer's "heaven" in SOCO. I have rented through VRBO for years and Jennifer was the first owner I have ever met. She was so welcoming and nice from the minute we pulled up. We felt very comfortable during our stay and the bunglow was amazing, to say the least! The decor, furnishings, and the best spa tub -all the little touches you don't get staying in a hotel. We loved it! We have definitely found our new Austin home away from home!

Jennifer is the most kind, thoughtful, and wonderful host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is genuine and sweet, very refreshing in this crazy world.

I am in love with her house. I have never stayed in such an amazing place that was so simple and beautiful at the same time. We really enjoyed out night away and will be back.

607 SOCO is a haven, indeed. I am so thankful we have found this place. Thank you so much and looking forward to out next stay.
