Why Bev Chivers chose Las Vegas

Las Vegas has always been a great escape from the rain, cold, and cloudy skies. We have always loved the weather and the excitement of the Strip but we found that there is 'overload' when we stayed at a Casino Hotel, too much noise, smokey, and no where to escape to except a one room hotel.

We are not 'spring chickens' so Casino pools were not our cup of tea. SO...why not buy a vacation home for us to enjoy and share with the many travellers who love the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but in increments.

Private home, cook our normal meals, swim, sunbath...no noise, no lookyloos, all the comforts of home in the sun.

THEN, get in the car and in 18 minutes you have all the excitement that Vegas holds.

Ahhhh...the best of both worlds.

  • $135/nt - $950/wk US Dollars
  • Most of us dislike to be nickeled and dimed. My rate includes all, with the exception of optional pool/spa heat. No hidden booking fees, no hidden resort fees, no internet fees. No surprises, the total fee is quoted. If you are comparing my rates with another property, be sure that you compare the total rate.
    Daily rate: $135, weekend daily rate $145 (Friday and Saturday). Weekly rate: $950; Monthly rate $3000
    Minimum rental age- 25 years old and responsible
    Non-refundable cleaning fee of $130 (waived on stays of 5 nights or more);
    A deposit of $100 is neccessary to secure your dates. This deposit converts to a refundable damage deposit after a favorable checkout
    ALL payments and deposits must be paid prior to arrival,
    Flexible check-in and check-out times
    Optional Pool heating fee is $30.00 for up to 12 hours of heat (Not usually needed June-September);
    Optional Spa heating fee is $7.00 for up to 3 hours of heat

My family and I had a great time. Perfect house with a pool and plenty of room for entertaining. Everything was provided just needed to bring my bags and groceries. I could have not asked for a better spring break. I plan to rent from Bev again this year.

Hi Bev,

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your Las Vegas home in March during our stay for our daughter's wedding. The house was beautiful and extremely well equipped compared to other houses we have rented in the past. The location was so convenient to the Vegas strip...usually less than 15 minutes. We hosted a "meet and greet" party to get to know our future in-laws one evening and the layout of the house was perfect for entertaining. Your house will definitely be in our minds if we visit Las Vegas in the future!

This was our first family trip to Las Vegas, and renting and home off the strip. This house was wonderful spacious nice community, well kept, and clean. Beverly the owner was very helpful, and courteous. We will definitively look at her homes next time we come to Vegas.

This property is very well appointed and an ideal location for visiting Las Vegas. It is handy for exploring some of the beautiful sights near to the city; particularly if you want to be away from the hotels and the hustle and bustle of the strip. It was also a good base from which you can visit the other sights within easy reach of Las Vegas, such as Red Rock Canyon, the Hoover Dam and Mount Charleston. They were beautiful. There are handy local shopping centers and the excellent bargains at the North Las Vegas Shopping Outlet nearby as well.
The property is well kept with everything you could possibly need; secure and well organized for visitors. It was lovely and relaxing to sit outside by the pool/hot-tub in the peace and quiet.
Beverly was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to alter our travel plans at a very late stage. For that we are ever so grateful. Thank you so much Beverly.

We have stayed in Vegas several times, but in Hotels on the strip. We found that this villa was much better than the hotels as the pool was glorious, and there was everything you needed within the house.
It is in an ideal situation only 6 mins from Freemont street and Stratosphere.
It was very clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet - never heard or seen a sole for the whole 2 weeks of our stay.
We would highly recommend this villa as a home from home only a short drive from the Strip and all of Vegas's sights, ie Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Red Rock Canyon.
You do need a car, but as I have said its only 6 - 10 mins drive to the strip, and all the hotels have car parks that are free, much better than a Hotel.
