A bright two bedroom apartment, at first floor level, fully carpeted, one bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, a cozy open plan kitchen, two bathrooms one with shower cabin (no bath), the other without. Washer and dryer available as well as linen and towels provided.
This gentrified part of London has been attracting the rich, famous and professionals for many years.
Its centres – Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Wandsworth Bridge Road – have enough variety of shops, bars and restaurants to keep everybody happy.
Fulham is posh, well-off, safe and has a great atmosphere – all very good reasons why residents love so much to live there.
Chelsea Football fans are at home with Chelsea’s stadium and Fulham FC in the area.
It has several green spaces and the river to the south side
High demand has ensured that property prices and rents are above average in this area. The people moving to this area highly sociable, cash-rich, young and not so young professionals who spend a large part of their leisure time in the bars, as well as quite a few young families and a big proportion of continental European professionals.
There are parks, such as Hurlingham, (for summer polo lovers) and Fulham Palace Gardens (with are open-air film screenings), Bishops Park, along the river Thames, and Fulham Football Stadium.
There is a choice of beer gardens, with The White Horse (famous for its summer barbecues), Aragon House on Parsons Green, and The Mitre at the junction of Bishops Road with Dawes Road. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant (renowned for its food), Del Aziz Moroccan restaurant, Vagabond Wines, with wine tasting evenings and, the Elk bar with tempting deals on cocktails.
Public Transport in Fulham is second to none with several stations in Zone 2.
Parsons Green is a highly desired part of Fulham, so it’s also highly priced.

As this was the first time we have stayed in a flat without viewing it, I was a bit worried. But the flat was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for our family with two boys. The availability of wifi was an added bonus. Also your prompt responses to all my queries were appreciated.

We rented the upper unit. Apartment is in a quiet residential area about 0.70 km from Fulham Broadway subway station. Nearest supermarket is about 3 minute walk. New washer & dryer, plus having a clothes rack for air drying some clothes really help. Iron, ironing board & even vacuum cleaner available if you want to do some interim vacuuming yourself. Owner was very nice & recommended a minicab company to the airport, which costs a lot less than a regular taxi. Lower bedroom (the one with the 2 twin beds) tends to be chilly, so adjust with the extra blankets available or turn on heater as you see fit. We are happy with our selection.
Myself, my husband and our adult son spend 10 days in this apartment in May 2010. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped there was even a washing machine and clothes dryer. The location is excellent close to Fulham Broadway Tube Station and close to restaurants and shops ( I would particularly recommend Al Santo which is a short walk away) there is even a pub close by. Dealing with the owner is straightforward and efficient, he is very well organised and he even recommended the cheapest way to travel to the apartment for the airport. The owner was also very accommodating with regard to late exit from the apartment on the day of our departure.
Wonderful apartment for our vacation. We were a couple with 2 20-something daughters, so having 2 bedrooms was ideal. The apartment was very clean and the living space was larger than I had expected. The owner was very helpful with travel details. Quick walk to the tube, and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.
The landlord is very helpful, courteous and efficient. The flat was clean and had all the necessary for a pleasant week-long stay of a couple and two children. Quiet neighbourhood, and only a short walk to Fulham Broadway tube station. Lots of markets, shops, pubs and restaurants nearby, including M&S and Waitrose. All in all a thoroughly recommendable choice.
Situato in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata, l' appartamento si presenta molto pulito e funzionale. Indicato sia per giovani che per famiglie, dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario per la permanenza. Inoltre, cosa non da poco, il titolare è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile che non esiterà a rispondere a qualsiasi chiarimento richiesto. Se dovessi ritornare a Londra terrei sicuramente in considerazione questo appartamento!
