House, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 3-6)

Family Home located on deep canal with private dock and fish cleaning station. Less than 200 yards from Estes Flats where the Trout and Redfish play. Many of the residents use the canal for swimming and paddle boating. Located half way between Rockport and Aransas Pass in "City by the Sea"

Home offers 2 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 Baths - Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and the Guest Room offers two Standard Double beds - Sleeps 6 very comfortably. Very nice, well stocked kitchen and large screen TV for those afternoons when it is too hot to fish.

If your group is larger than 6 - ask us about our downstairs apartment - for just $100 more per night we will open up the apartment which includes another Bedroom w/Queen bed, kitchen, living room, bathroom.
