Our condo is located in one of the two most desirable buildings in Golf Villas. It is an end unit overlooking the 10th. fairway of the famous South Course. Look directly across the fairway and view the multimillion dollar homes of Black Sand Beach.

The sunrise over Mauna Kea is your view to the east. To the west, more fairway stretching to the ocean. Our home opens to extra spacious lawn, overlooking the black lava and expansive green golf course views, abundant light and views from every room in the home.

Our home has never been on any rental program, but because of family health reasons we can no longer spend as much time as we would like.

My husband and I bought it as our second home and decided to make it a magical place and decorated it with the best of the best.

We commissioned C.S. Woo of Honolulu to appoint it with beautiful quality furniture.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which we limit to 6 guests.

The upstairs den has a desk where you can enjoy a beautiful view while checking your e-mails with free secured Broadband wireless connection.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler and a wrap around bar with stools. So when we have an early tee time or want to go for an early walk, we just have a quick breakfast at the bar.

The dining room accommodates 6 people and it opens to the downstairs lanai which has a Teak wood table and seating for 6.

We love our summer kitchen with a Thermador stainless steel BBQ where we prepare fish bought from the local fishermen or steaks from Parker Ranch. If you wish to just sit and relax outside there are 2 comfortable patio chairs and table.

We usually finish our day in our comfortable living room while watching a 42' flat TV or while reading a book.

Hair dryers are in each bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, DVD players, cable/digital TV with music channels.

And by the way if you wish to have daily maid service we can provide you with it.

We are avid golfers and we can?t decide which of the 2 championship courses has more spectacular views. We also love to spend time at the owner?s private beach where we can snorkel and see a wide variety of spectacular fish. And yes, you will have access to both.

There is access to Mauna Lani SPA, tennis and athletic center available for a reasonable daily, weekly or monthly rate, including spinning and yoga. For you swimmers, there is a 25 meter lap pool.

We have the most efficient Concierge who will meet you and acquaint you with the area and facilities.

Did I mention that we are delighted that finally a Foodland market opened early this year so that we have access to everything without having to drive several miles to find the next market.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at your property. Kudos to you and your decorator for providing a beautifully appointed, well maintained and comfortable unit in paradise! It was more than we could have imagined! The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and the well stocked linens were greatly appreciated. We also really appreciated knowing that any minor requests would be dealt with quickly by Maille or yourself. We felt well looked after!

Although there are many fine restaurants nearby, we thoroughly enjoyed spending our time on the lanai with a glass of fine wine from the wine fridge and cooking up local fresh fish and beef on the BBQ. Close access to the beach was another bonus as well as having your unit well stocked for beach activities. Close access of your property to golf, swimming, shopping, dining, etc.was excellent. The whales were incredible this year and very easy to observe close to shore.

We had such a good time we have recommended your unit to friends and we cannot wait to return next year!

My husband and I spent two weeks at this lovely property, after spending 10 days at the villages. The golf villas are lovely and very well maintained. Access to the Beach Club was fabulous. The beach was private and food very good. we spent many enjoyable evenings at the Condo, which was fully furnished. Golf at Mauna Lani was fun and renters do get discounts on golf. Mauna Lani is well situated to everything, and about 30 minutes from the airport.
Owners are very hands on, and on a couple of very minor items response was immediate. We look forward to visiting again in the near future, and would highly recommend it!!! Many Mahalos to the owners of this beautiful property.

This is a beautifully decorated and maintained condo right on the 10th fairway of Mauna Lani South Course. It is a short drive or 15 minute walk to the private beach which is reserved for the property. All needed amenities were included and Andrea was available to help us with any problems. The property is exactly as discribed and I would highly recommend it for a family or multiple couples.

Paradise!

This was the thirteenth time we have taken our kids to Hawaii, and we found a great property we hope to rent again and again. The unit is light, airy and spacious (the pictures did not lie) with views that invite calm and peaceful feelings. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were happy; even sending us e-mail updates about happenings in the area. Andrea and Maile were also extremely helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed the owners beach and the restaurant. The wait staff were excellent, as was the food. Back in the unit, the kitchen is great. It has a terrific layout, and everything you need to whip up gourmet meals. My husband and kids were enamored with the refrigerator because it dispenses water and ice, something our sub-zero does not do.

We love this unit and will return!
