Guestbook comments from the manager
This has been a great home base for our first trip to AMI. It is also our first vacation since having our son (now almost two). Your house accommodated us perfectly! It was great to have the kitchen to prepare meals, the pool to relax in while our son napped, and the screened-in porch to hang out on in the evenings. It is so quiet at night you can hear the surf 2 blocks away. We spent most of our week relaxing on the island and checking out the various beaches. We only ventured of the island once – to go to Mote Aquarium (just OK). As for the beaches, Manatee and Coquina Beaches were big hits because of the playgrounds. The beach was wonderful for convenience; we could just stroll down on the spur of the moment to catch the sunset. Bean Point was gorgeous – fewer people and breathe taking sunsets. Around the island – don’t miss the dolphins! Ginny & Janes E’s has a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast – plus their shop is fun to browse! We also loved The Feast Restaurant for dinner (not much atmosphere, but amazing food). Hope everyone else has as wonderful a time here as we did! Thanks
