Dear guests,

This standalone Gardenhouse, 58 squaremetres, two sepearate rooms, equiped with kitchen und bathroom, is situated in a very calm area around 500 m away from the pulsating heart of Berlin at the famous Alexanderplatz.

All touristic attractions in 5 minutes walking distance, on one hand you have the restaurants, bars, cinemas and museums in mitte and on the other the crazy nightlife in Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg with all their beachbars and clubs.

The gardenhouse has two seperate sleeping rooms. One room is a classic sleepingroom and the other is equiped with a very comfortable sleeping couch and tv. The kitchen is completely equipped and the plain white bathroom has a shower and a bathtube. Everything is completly modernized and new.

You life in the center of berlin with a perfect connection of metro, taxi and trainstations.

The airports Tegel and Schönefeld are in reach (about 20min) for about 20€ via taxi or you go by metro or s-bahn.

in front of the house metro runs every 5 mins to Oranienburgerstr. and Hackescher Markt in Berlin-Mitte. 5 minutes to the metrostation 'Eberswalderstrasse', from there in 5min. to Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz; Brandenburgergate and free car-parking in the area and in front of the house.

Other Activities: shopping, wellness, small park 50m away to chill out, bars, restaurants, etc all around in a secure and also quiet area.

perfect for my yoga trip

i can only tell positive things about this property, its a three star rated gardenhouse in superb conditions and i had a very quiet relaxing stay even though it would have been possible to hang out in clubs, bars, restaurants etc. in the area. anytime again. the owner runs also 3 other apartments that seem to look cool and quiet.

superb gardenhouse

i was in this superb location right in the heart of berlin and had an amazing stay. its like a hotel equipped with ironed bedwear, free towls and free wlan. the owner alex is superfriendly and helped me out with every question i had. the standalone gardenhouse with its two storreys is very quiet and on the backyard of a building. i can recommend this place to anybody, its just supercool
