Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Newly updated condo on the Gulf of Mexico that has a beautiful view of the gulf and pool. Enjoy watching dolphins as they pass by and enjoy the beautiful sunsets right from the lanai or living room of the condo.

The kitchen has been updated and has all the cooking utensils you would ever want while staying at the condo. It offers views of the Gulf from the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a new large flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player. A CD/DVD player with an extensive library as well as games and a reading library for you to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, connected vanity and bathroom, new flat screen TV, walk in closet with a safe. The master bedroom also has direct access to the lanai with an ocean view and the sounds of the water to fall asleep to. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a new flat screen TV with a DVD player and a safe in the closet. A full bathroom is located next to the guest bedroom. There are ceiling fans on the lanai, in the kitchen and in both bedrooms for you enjoy the gulf breeze when you open the lanai doors. There is wireless internet throughout the condo and free long distance calls throughout the United States and all 3 televisions have cable tv.

We are on the north end of Longboat Key where the beach is nice and quiet where you can float in the pool or walk along the beach while visiting and relaxing in our condo.

There are tennis courts across the street that are available for your enjoyment. Many beautiful golf courses to choose from and a rental bike shop nearby.

St. Armands Circle is nearby for you to enjoy shopping and to sample the various cuisines of the region. It also provides for a nice stroll around the circle after dinner.

There is a trolley stop outside of Cedars West so if you decide you want to visit St. Armands or Bradenton Beach you can pick up the trolley and take it to either place.

This unit has been tastefully decorated in an ocean motif. Very comfortable and relaxing while enjoying the many amenities of our condo. Please see the attached pictures!

Why The Owner chose Longboat Key

We have been vacationing on Longboat Key for 21 years and finally decided it was time to purchase a place as we love the beach, quietness of the north end of Longboat Key, and enjoy the St. Armands/Sarasota area with all of its shopping and the many restaurants it has with its wonderful cuisine.

What makes this condo unique

This is truly our home where we go to get away from it all and it still feels like home. We decorated it in Florida style as we wanted it to reflect the area and our love of the ocean. We enjoy playing tennis, golfing, walking the beach in the morning and late afternoon collecting shells, spending the day between the beach and the heated pool, and in the evening watching the sunsets from our lanai. Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island has many quaint shopping areas, and St. Armands has its fine shopping and wonderful restaurants that we enjoy. Sarasota always offers wonderful attractions and great restaurants. When we don't go out to eat, we love to cook so our kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. It is truly our home away from home and we want out guests to feel the same way.

Start out your morning by walking the beautiful beach while finding many seashells and in the late afternoon walk the beach, finding more seashells and watching the beautiful sunsets. Nearby attractions can be found at The Mote Marine Aquarium that is on the way to St. Armands Circle that offers great shopping and dining. In Sarasota you have the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, The Sarasota Jungle Gardens and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens where they have beautiful orchids throughout the year. We are right next to John Durante Park which is a great natural park that can be used for hiking or biking. We are located within walking distance of some of the finest dining in town. Enjoy nearby Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island for its quaintness.
