Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Imagine yourself in this beautiful two bedroom penthouse condo sipping a cold margarita on the large balcony or the private roof-top solarium. This unit which faces southwest overlooks both HEATED pools, the Blue Caribbean ocean waters and the white sandy beach. This unit which is located in building #3 is the only one equipped with an elevator and handicap ramps for your convenience.

If you're a scuba diver you'll having the luxury of being picked up and dropped off at Residencias Reef's pier located on the beach property.

The condo is on the 3rd floor(top floor); our balcony & roof-top solarium is a spectacular vantage point to watch the Awesome Cozumel Sunsets dip into the blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean.

If staying home and cooking is for you we have a full kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets and a view of the ocean while you work. Enjoy your private home entertainment system consisting of US satellite (Direct TV) 42' Flat Screen TV, DVD player & wireless internet (bring your laptop). This spacious two bedroom includes a king size bed and plenty of closet & drawer space for your belongings in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom offers two queen size beds, desk area and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a private balcony access and ocean views. The large bathrooms are fully tiled and the Master bath has two separate entrances which can be closed off for privacy from the bedroom. This 1948 sq ft condo offers ceiling fans and air conditioning for your comfort.

A Private safe is available for your use.

Our condo offers Free long distance calling to the US and Canada which is available for your personal use. A washer & dryer are available for your convenience. Daily housekeeping service by our maid Veronica is INCLUDED(no additional cost) but not mandatory. An authentic Mexican breakfast, lunch, or dinner can be prepared for you by Veronica upon request for an additional charge per person, plus cost of the groceries.

We take pride in providing what you may need to make your vacation a memorable one. Your comments and suggestions are graciously appreciated.

San Miguel(local town) is only a seven mile drive where you'll find many restaurants that offer a variety of food including authentic Mexican or Italian food. After a relaxing dinner; stroll the ocean front main street where you'll find the perfect piece of jewelry or souvenir to remember your trip to Cozumel.

About Patsy

Wilbert (my husband) was born in Cozumel and attended grade school there. He moved to California where he attended medical school, where we meet. We have lived in California since 1958 always returning to Cozumel for vacations and to visit family. Wilbert took me to Cozumel in 1968 and I fell in love with the island and the people there. In 2011 my son got married on the island.

Patsy purchased this condo in 2008
Why Patsy chose Cozumel

A dream was fulfilled when we purchased our condo at Residencias Reef, we always wanted to own property in Cozumel . We love flying into Cozumel airport and feel as if we are returning home every time we come. Our three sons love to vacation as well there. We are building a lifetime of memories with Cozumel being the thread of all other experiences.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is warm and friendly and the view of the Caribbean never seems to lose excitement. We love our large private solarium for entertaining and sunbathing. The elevator is a real blessing when returning from MEGA our local grocery store. We love to cook and our kitchen allows me to prepare everything as if I was in my kitchen in California.

This was a 10 star unit. It was immaculate, comfortable, fully equipped (the kitchen with views is divine) and quiet. We like to cook and it was easy with even a dishwasher. We appreciated the washing machine/dryer and other appliances - everything was in pristine working condition. The rooms are spacious, well light and with individual air conditioners, to maximize cooling along with room fans and blinds.
The beach is a few steps away and great place to watch the sunset, relax, walk, nap and read after a day of diving.
The booking was easy and we appreciated Patsy's quick responses to our questions. We loved the door lock - a simple combination with no key to worry about.
We will definitely be back. The comfort and beauty accelerated our unwinding and we hated to leave.

I have stayed at RR on 4 occasions. This was the first time in this condo and I enjoyed it greatly. The condo is lovely. The furnishings and decor are great. Looking at the stars from the rooftop was amazing. The unit is as described and the pictures are accurate. We would recommend the unit and would choose to stay here again.

The Place to Stay in Cozumel! Review #2267957

Our family of four (kids are 7 & 11) just returned from a wonderful week in Cozumel. This condo is even better than described. We've had many good experiences booking through VRBO but we've never encountered an owner who is so very attentive to every detail of the guests' overall experience. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equiped with everything you could possibly need; it feels more like a permanent home than a rental property. Veronica and her sister Reyna are wonderful and kept the condo spotless; they even cooked a delicious traditional Mexican meal for us one night. The staff at Residencias Reef is super nice and always greeted us with a smile. They keep the property spotless and beautiful. Patsy keeps a binder filled with general island information, tips, activities and tons of restaurant recommendations in the condo, which was so helpful. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Cozumel.

The three of us stayed for a week in this amazingly beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and magical unit. We had a perfect vacation there: tropical drinks on the terraces, meals to die for (thank you, Veronica!), massages on the rooftop solarium at sunset, friendly assistance and guidance from all (special thanks to Luis and Patty), and the best of all possible gifts: peace and serenity! Our days started lazily enjoying the comfy ambiance of this home away from home; we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts before meandering down to the lounges on the beach. We loved passing by iguanas and tropical riparian lands along the way, and nothing about this vacation was less than delightful! We thank you for the chance to experience a side of life we'd only dreamed of! Muchicisima gracias!

A perfect stay

My family had a fabulous time in Cozumel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Residencias Reef. The condo worked perfectly and had everything we needed including the great pools and the beautiful beach. We spent everyday of our stay snorkling from the beach in front of the condo and saw so many different critters, it was great! Everything was fantastic including our communication with Patsy and all her helpful information.

We hope we can someday revisit the island and stay again in one of your lovely condos.
