This nice villa is located in the community of Esprit in Davenport, close to the intersection of the 27 & 192, 2 minutes away from the new 24hr Walmart Super Center. Renovated and newly furnished, this home will meet every of your expectations. All services included; cable with flat screen TV, long distance calls & wireless high speed Internet. This is my 2nd home, if this property interests you, you will be dealing directly with the owner (I do have a property management on site, if anything happens during your stay), this is like a new property.

Walt Disney is 7 miles away (10-12 minutes drive).

Why the Owner Chose Esprit/Davenport: : So many things to do around Orlando, sunny almost all the time. A great vacation getaway.

And mostly, very well located.

Great Stay During Our Disney Trip

Our family of five stayed here for our little girl's first trip to Disney World. The house was a reasonable distance from the parks and also conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Though we spent most of our time at Disney, we found the home to be very comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues, but the management company promptly addressed them the very next day.

We'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a great time at the house. It was exactly as described. The pool was great to spend time in and we had a great week. My husband arrived early and had no issue getting into the home. It was great to have access to the garage since we had our own car with us. Never had this as an option in the past! A very nice home with an excellent price. Thanks!

Orlando Vacation

My family of 5 stayed at this home during our vacation to Central Florida and it was everything we hoped for and more! We were very impressed at how clean everything was, and the kids repeatedly said how nice it was to have a pool they didn't have to share with anyone. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and provides easy access to the major attractions (Disney, Sea World, etc.). It was nice to come back from a day at the parks, beaches, etc and be able to give everyone a chance to unwind and have their "own space". Having a Walmart close by is also very convenient for picking up groceries and other supplies. The owner and the management company are very responsive to requests and they ensure that guests have all of their needs met. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Central Florida. Thank you again, Richard!!!!

Our Stay in Orlando @Devenport

We planned our vacation in Disney & Universal and booked this Villa. Checked in to this Villa with absolute ZERO hassles as all instructions were given before hand and one can arrive at any time at their convinience. We were 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids), and this 3 bed room villa was a perfect abode for us. We enjoyed tharoughly through out our stay. House is maintained very neatly and and conviniently. No complaints on any thing. This is located conviniently to all the places (Disney, Universal and Down town), so that one can forget commuting hassles. Management is very cooperative and responsive. Without a second thought in my mind i would prefer to go back for my next vacation with renting this Villa again. Simply Amazing, Truely Value for Money.
