This is a great vacation spot. This is a home in the heart of Lake Havasu very close to the 'London Bridge.' This home is fully furnished and ready to be enjoyed. This home also includes all kitchen necessities. All bedrooms have extra sheets and bathrooms have extra towels. This home has all new furniture, modern appliances, granite counter tops, and 2 TV's with satellite connection. 30' garage depth with 8' tall door for boat parking. Plenty of street for backing up as well as RV access for more vehicles or boats. This home also has a new washer and dryer in a laundry room in the house. Enjoy the sunset in front or rear yard from patio. BBQ located in backyard. Water softener plumbed throughout home. Master bedroom includes master walk in closet, master bath with single vanity sink and large shower. The home is a secured property with walls on all sides and backs up to waterway with NO NEIGHBORS BEHIND! Come enjoy our home as if it was your home!

This house was nice, new, and clean...and we like to keep that way!

What makes this house unique

This property is very close to all the markets, stores, restaurants, and attractions of Lake Havasu. This home is also located close to the launch ramps. We enjoy getting the boat right off the water, strapping it in, then putting it in the garage to clean it. The location makes it ideal for convenience.

My family stayed here with our 3 kids, 4 and under. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked! Big backyard with great view! enjoyed my morning coffee out back! Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back...often! Only bummer, was the garage was not available for use, Michelle said her brother was using it for boat storage. Michelle is super friendly & nice! The quickest to respond and help. Like I said, we'll be back!!!
