TOP NOTCH CONDO JUST STEPS FROM OCEAN AND POOL

First off, I want to say thank you to Michael and family for letting us enjoy their condo. This was our first time to Palmetto Dunes as a family since we have always gone to Sea Pines for years. Old habits die hard so it was not an easy decision to switch. One of the main reasons was our desire to be next to the beach, but that is hard to do at Sea Pines without paying a premium for a house. Most condos in Sea Pines you have to drive to the beach club. So my search began and I came across Michaels listing in Palmetto Dunes. I contacted him and we had a very nice talk about the benefits of his location. Needless to say his description of Palmetto Dunes, his condo, and the many things to do around the development sold me. Everything he lists in the description are true and then some. The Dunes House bar and grill were perfect for a rest from the sun and ocean. The location to many restaurants was very close and never took us more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted. My kids didn't really want to leave Palmetto Dunes at all between ridding bikes, boogie boarding, and playing in the sand. What more could kids want and the adults to. (-: The condo was very nice with the 3 Tv's at nigh to relax, wi-fi to keep connected with family, and just being comfortable away from home. My kids said "goodbye condo" when we drove away and they were sad to leave. Condo has all you need for a relaxing time and is very clean. I could say more, makes me more depressed I had to leave. If you looking for a great beach vacation this is it. Thank you again Michael!

The condo was great! It was exactly as it indicated in the pictures, very clean and well maintained. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within a few minutes driving to all the good restaurants, movies and shopping. Everyone at the beach were so friendly, plus my dogs loved daily walks on the beach and to meet new canine friends The condo was well furnished with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, utensils, mixer and toaster, etc. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. All the restaurants were great, especially Frankie Bones and Wise Guys. I would recommend this place very highly.

Mike, wanted to send you a quick thank you for letting us rent your condo. The condo layout and location were perfect for our trip. The 3 TVs and channel selection were the best we've seen at any property we have rented. Having the golf station during the Ryder Cup was excellent. The listing description and photos of the property were very accurate. The property was clean, and the appliances were all well-maintained. The arrival instructions were easy to follow, and you were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We were pleased with our decision to rent your condo and would recommend to friends and family. We will definitely check availability in your condo the next time we travel to Hilton Head.
