Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

This newer condo in gated Alii Cove has it all: a lovely beach, gorgeous sunsets, a delightful pool with attached children's pool, a hot tub, an exercise center, a BBQ area, and constant sounds of the ocean waves. Beautiful landscaping greets you throughout the grounds.

The master bedroom has a queen bed; the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is spacious and efficient, with lovely granite counter tops and new appliances. You will find Hawaiian furnishings throughout. Our unit is just across the street from the ocean and Honl's Beach and has a wonderful view.

The Big Island has so much to explore: Volcano National Park, coffee plantations, Hawaiian cultural sites, farmers markets, ranch country, rain forests, museums, and so much history. There is something for everyone from hula demonstrations to live theater.

The homeowners association requires a minimum 30-day rental.

Why The Owner chose Kailua Kona

In March of 2010 we purchased this beautiful condominium in Alii Cove. After years of visiting Kona, we took the next step. Over the next couple of months we customized the unit to insure it was inviting for everyone and kept a Hawaiian theme. From the furniture to the artwork, you will be sure to know you are in Hawaii!

What makes this condo unique

The location of Alii Cove is exceptional with its close proximity to town. You may not even need a car except to explore the rest of the island.

Our Unit is fully furnished and is truly a 'just bring your tooth brush' kind of place.

Along with Alii Cove being a newer development, (2004) our unit was built in 2006 and has, what we believe, one of the nicer views.

I've been coming to Kona since 2004 and this was by far the best place I've stayed. The condo was a real treat. It was clean, quiet, and modern. The condo was well equipped with all the comforts of home. The lanai has a great view of the ocean where I was able to watch many a sunset.

I also really enjoyed the close proximity to town. After my initial shopping trip I found I didn't need a car. It was a quick stroll or bike ride to town to restaurants or the farmers market.

There was a fantastic welcome basket with local fruits and tips on things to do and recommendations. Thanks so much for the stay in your wonderful home away from home. I hope to be back next year.
